I'm a Cincinnati native who lives across the street from this location. Super convenient to order online and walk to pick-up. Always ready in the promised 15 minutes. I love the "Just right combos" because I can get half a hoagie, fries, and salad for less than $8. Sometimes I'll add a small pizza and still less than $20. Food is always as expected; good. Employees are not always very friendly, but I empathize with food service workers.

TL;DR convenient order and pick up, fair prices, good food.

Visiting from out of town for the holiday weekend; my nieces and nephew wanted pizza for dinner and from the excitement on their faces I was in for a treat. As for me . . . I didn't share the same sentiments.

Tired of chicken and surely not a pizza fan, I opted to have the Ziti Chicken Alfredo. How bad could this be I thought! Upon opening the container it looked horrible. How dare you serve this food to a frequent customer! The pasta was cold, mushy, and lacked so much flavor. It reminded me of jar alfredo tossed in chicken slices and overcooked pasta. I took one bite and immediately quoted "please go get your money back"!! Too bad neither of us had the time to return, otherwise I would've gotten my money back for this dish alone. It did not come with a salad per its suggestion and the garlic bread I received was actually warm.

We did order cheese pizza, with bone-in and boneless wings with this order too. I tasted the plain and bbq wings and the flavor was really good. I was hungry and annoyed and went to sleep on a empty stomach. Someone either needs to carefully monitor the meals that are going out the door or this dish needs to be removed if this is what its preparation is when one orders this dish. IT WAS HORRIBLE, INEDIBLE, AND LACKED SEASONING!!

Too pissed and annoyed to take pictures because I didn't know if I was going to do a review or not, however I am here! I'll continue to let my little family visit here, but whenever I come into town this place with be a smooth NO for me. Happy eating!!!

We were staying in downtown Cincinnati for a night and decided to order pizza. I grew up eating LaRosa and always loved it. My daughter had never tried or was little when she did and didn't remember. Food was fantastic! Hot, well portioned, arrived on time. The salad with garlic dressing and the cannoli was our favorite

Came from out of town and wanted something to eat for dinner. Looked up some places and was referred to this place saying it was delicious. Well, we decided to walk since it wasn't that far. We walked up to the place thinking we were going to be able to sit down and eat, but NO! There was sign that said "Dining Room Closed." There was just a counter to order. That was disappointing since now we had to figure out how we were going to eat our food since the area was a little sketchy. We got boneless BBQ wings and I have to say I don't know what they use for BBQ sauce, but it tasted more like sweet and sour sauce. We got the lasagna and the portion was not as big as they said and tasted like store bought frozen stuff. The bread was not garlic bread, but just lightly butter toasted bread. It was very disappointing.

I'm Cincinnati both and raised and grew up eating this pizza. But I was never a fan before. I wasn't crazy about their crust and (as a vegetarian) I was very unhappy to find pepperoni hiding under the cheese on what I thought was a plain pizza.

But this place knocked it out of the park for us when we visited to celebrate my dad's birthday. We had no problem getting a table on a gloomy Saturday evening in February. This restaurant is family friendly - the perfect place for us. High chair for the kiddo, very friendly service and a couple other families in the place (not overly crowded or loud!).

We decided to get two medium pizzas. I knew I wanted to try one of the other crusts they offered. So we ordered the bacon chicken ranch pizza with medium crust and the meat lovers pizza with thick crust. We loved it all! While dad preferred the meat lovers, hubby and I were crazy about the ranch! Also both the medium and thick crusts were fantastic! So much better than their original thin. It had a great chee to it, instead of being overly crunchy.

We will definitely be returning to La Rosa's on a more regular basis. Hubby wants to try their little rolled doughs and I want to try their Montgomery Inn pizza!

Recently stayed in the OTR neighborhood on a visit to Cincinnati. Wanting pizza delivery, we happened upon LaRosa's as it was one of the few delivery services available.

Online ordering was easy through the app. Delivery boy called when 5 minutes away. Delivery was timely.

Chicken bacon ranch pizza was delicious. Cheese with one topping slightly overcooked and not nearly as good. Mozzarella sticks were decent - most fried foods don't "deliver" well. Cookie was excellent. Price reasonable.

      This location SUCKS!

Larosa's isn't as great as it used to be and it never helps when the customer service you've received is crappy too.

I ordered for pick up which has a 15 minute window. I arrived a little over 20 minutes to be told that my order wasn't ready and that it probably wouldn't be ready for another 25 minutes. I asked for a refund which caused the woman behind the counter to stare at my blankly, walk around for a few minutes, and then return with my order. Ummm what?

What's even more disappointing is that when I got home the food was cold and incorrect. I had no way of getting back to this location and upon going online read that they had temporarily closed. I call their number to speak with a manager. I request a refund and he tells me I will have to speak with someone at that location. HOW CAN I TALK TO ANYONE IF THEY HAVE CLOSED????

Settled for a credit but I don't even want to have to eat Larosa's again. TERRIBLE! I know this is the campus place and they are often busy but there is no customer service...even from the call center. It's gonna be a while before I voluntarily eat this place again. There is better pizza in the world.

I stopped in for lunch to order take-out after attending a Cincy Reds game the night before (if the baseball team strikes 11 players out, then you get a free personal pizza). They pizza was small, but for lunch it was perfect. I got the pan style crust, mushrooms and red peppers (+0.80 for second topping). The wait was about 10 minutes and I thought the pizza was good. The crust didn't have any flavor which was a bit disappointing as pan crusts usually have garlic/butter to give it flavor, but it tasted fine otherwise. They bake the pizzas with ingredients under the cheese and have your standard selection of veggies for toppings. I'd order again and try a different crust next time. Good, solid pizza, but nothing to write home about.

My have is about the same length as the napkin from previous photo

I placed a order for Delivery Online at 9:17 PM.
It wwas promised in 30 to 40 minutes.
      It arrived at 10:25 PM.
Iwas given a $7:00 adjustment. It still does not make up for cold fish.
      The Clifton stores has issues.
St.Bernard is closer but I am forced to use Clifton for delivery.
Same old story at this location. After uther review I was given a $20.00 Credit by Customer Service.

Delivery is consistently terrible. Took 90 minutes. Our pizza and chicken tendies were freezing, the toppings were wrong, and they our cut "half-and-half" pizza in such a way that half of my slice was Hawaiian and the other half was Pepperoni. That defeats the purpose of half-and-half ... ?

When we attempted to reach a resolution with customer service, it took another 30 min to get anyone on the phone. When we did finally get someone on the phone she accused us of lying? Then, after arguing, she gave us a "coupon" but she hung up before telling us how to use the coupon. I have no idea what the coupon is for or how to get it.

      TLDR: order Adriatico's delivery instead.
