Land Shark Residential Service

I'll be honest, my apartment was an unbelievable disaster. No, worse than that. Worse. I hadn't cleaned it in 11 years. The first six services I contacted wouldn't touch it. But what Land Shark did to my kitchen alone was a freaking miracle. It's pristine, which I didn't think was even possible considering what they started with. The rest of the place is just as amazing.

And given the level of cleaning required the price was more than fair. I'll be starting weekly service next week to keep from going back to being a disaster and will try to remember to update after a couple of months with how that goes. But right now I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

This is not a review on their actually cleaning service, but on their customer service. I had provided all the information to set up a monthly cleaning service. They quoted me 125 which was similar to other estimates. We finally had set an appointment and they DOUBLED the price in their confirmation email. No thanks. This was a bait and switch tactic, I do not appreciate. My suggestion is don't waste your time.
