I needed a space to do some work and decided to finally check this cafe out. It is a spacious place with some chairs, a bar look onto the street, and some small tables as well. The prices are fair and the cookies good. I will definitely be coming again and recommend others to do the same!

I dig this place. The vibe is the sort where, pre-covid times, you'd walk in with your laptop and work all day. It's chill and pretty quiet. It also feels warm and inviting too. I just dig the interior a lot.
The coffee is delicious and sandwiches are great. I've been in a few times- for breakfast and lunch and every time I'm happy. I like the brie sandwich though feel they skimp a bit on the ham. I've had their drip, a latte, and had a lavender matcha latte. All of them are tasty.
It's a quick walk from the train and worth the effort.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Amy M.Lynn, MA32104Oct 29, 2020
They are a small updated space
They serve high class vegan options.
We got a meal for 7.50 plus tax.
I got a bagel with cream cheese meal that tasted great.
Mom got a blueberry muffin meal.
Both meals came with an apple and tea
And your choice of bagel, muffin, or breakfast sandwich.
My bagel was toasted to perfection.
Everything is wrapped in plastic so take out is a snap.
Beware tea is very hot.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michael W.Lynn, MA17071May 16, 2022

Nice workers, clean and cute ambiance.
Hidden spot in Lynn!
This place is super cute and at first I had to walk up and down from the street cause its sign on top says East Coast Church. Hehe, but inside is super nice and spacious.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Fransisca M.Essex County, NJ473629772Aug 28, 2017
Got SO MUCH good stuffs to say about LOATH in Lynn. I literally lived upstairs from LOATH for about a week this past summer and every morning and afternoon I would get their cold brew. Sooo goood. I've also gotten tea and the butternut squash soup when I was feeling under the weather, those were perfect. The service here is excellent. Shout out to Angela - you da best!
LOATH definitely has a heart for Rwanda. Their coffee is ethically sourced and the profits are being used to support The Haven Project which is an empowerment program for independent at-risk youths in Lynn. Loved everything that they do, and the decor feels super cozy too.
FYI - they close on Sundays cos they'll all be in ECIC church-ing.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0
