Lakewood Vehicle Licensing

They were very rude, spoke over me, spoke to other people, and ignored me when I tried explaining that I am hard of hearing and they still didn't do anything to try and help me understand them better. The ladies also gave me conflicting information. I will not be using this location again. The DOL was much better than this place and can't wait to be done with this process so I don't have to come back. Before anyone asks, the title is being sent here so here's to hoping they do a better job of communicating when it actually arrives.

They are closed on Saturdays and need to update their hours!! Unacceptable and they expect people to know this information.

Criminal setup, they will not tell you ahead of time how much your changes will cost, they do not accept cards? In 2023....The Atm in the lobby only lets you take $200 despite the high prices of service, my transaction was over $500 the atm charged me each of the three times i had to use it, greedy, fucked up.
The staff do their best to make up for the awfulness, but it's just not enough, go anywhere else at any cost. Lakewood DOL down the street is amazing and easy, don't tell me this place can't be just as good as that,

SUPER nice attendant and the whole process of renewing my (quite expired) tabs took less than 10 minutes! I don't understand all the bad reviews. Someone else in the reviews said you get what you give and I think that's probably true!

Lady at the drive through was BEYOND rude. She wouldn't listen to me and then acted like I didn't try to give her the information she needed and had a terrible attitude.

Worst customer service!!! WTF!? What's wrong with you people?! I called to ask a question, the rep asked me if I could hold on the line for a couple of minutes. ... 15 minutes later, and still waiting. NOT once did the rep update me on the lengthy wait.
I've been to this place before, and it's a dump. Most of the employees are rude. Last time I ever go there.

Everyone who works there is so kind and very accommodating. I was transferring a title to my name with the seller out of town, and the woman that as so helpful with which documents I needed and how to fill them out. I was new to the area and normally something like this wouldn't be a big deal, but the stresses of moving and settling in compounded with mundane paperwork can be a lot. So I appreciate the kind people that make our lives easier.
