They were very thorough and got to the bottom of my problem quickly. I hadn't met my deductible and expected it to cost a whole lot more than it did so that impressed me as well. The doctor and the staff were competent and quick about their business.

I had an appointment with Dr West on 3-1-23 which I was referred to him by me regular doctor. They had no availability for 3 weeks - I booked the appointment and there office called me twice wanting to verify my insurance and remind me to be there early for paperwork. They called a second time and made sure i knew they date and to be there early again. I arrived 20 minutes early and filled out the 8 pages of preventative paperwork they needed. She said i needed to pay upfront my co-payment of 60 dollars . I sat down and waited and watched my appointment time go by . I finally got up and ask what was going on - the lady said we are back up and you still have some patients in front of you. I ask how do you get backed up when you only less than 2 hours. I sat back down and waited again. I ask again and she said she would call me back in a minute. They finally called my name and I went back headed towards the room when I saw people waiting back there to. I ask how long will I have to wait back here now . She informed me they had a few more in front of me and it should not take longer than 20 to 30 more minutes. I let her know that I would not be waiting any longer and I ask for my money back . At first all they wanted to do was reschedule me and I let them know I would not be back and that whomever does there scheduling should be talked to. The manger lady still ask if i would re-schedule and I refused to - she issued me my money back and I left . They did care of seem sorry at all -- no one apologized to me

Worst ENT Dr and staff ever. We were referred by our doctors office to Dr. West based on a ruptured ear drum. We waited for over two hours in just the waiting room. We were told the office manager was out for the day with no back up. Then to find out Dr. West isn't even there that day although that is who our appointment was with and we CONFIRMED it the day before. They don't have a care in the world about their patients. I would rather get ten root canals than to EVER deal with them again. How these people are still in business, I will never know. Shame on you for this service, especially when dealing with young children in pain!
