Lady Nails

Angelo did a great job on my mani pedi. He took his time. 2 1/2 hours. This was the second time I was there. First time I heard employees or owner berating a female employee. He yelled at her because she could not get gel off without hurting the customer. Also called the employee fat. This time I asked for her. She no longer works there. Again tonight I heard a male employee berating a female employee. I felt very uncomfortable at that point. It is never okay to berate any human, regardless of culture.

This place is horrible, has an appointment for 1 and didn't get started until 2. They use cheap products, the nail tech made my nails so thin they started breaking the day after I got them done and the chrome finish I paid extra for started peeling right away. I will not be going back there, horrible customer service and low quality!

My tried and true salon of choice for the last few years. I had to come in to have a botched set removed and a new one put on and they took great care of me. Jackie is quick, efficient, and friendly - she makes each trip worth it!

Staff is friendly and take their time. They take appointments. I was very happy with pedicure/dip manicure and their attention to detail. I will definitely return.

Don't waste you money! My tech couldn't even say hello let alone offer me the menu. Didn't bother to even file my nails, the massage what a joke just enough to rub the lotion in. I'm sure nail polish won't last she didn't even clean the nails with remover after lotion was applied.
Place could use a good cleaning and a visit from DORA

Selina at Lady Nails in Pueblo is amazing!!! Best pedi I have had in years!. She took her time and didn't rush like some other places in town who get done in 20 min. She is my new girl!

I live in Boston and decided to get my nails done today. I had a very good experience three years ago by a different nail technician.

Today not so much! The nail technician that filledand cut my nails cut them too short. I do not like them! I paid $95.00 for a gel fill, gel on my toes nails, and a eyebrow wax. I got ripped off! I asked her to cut a little bit off of my nails. Not cut them as short as she did!

She was also very rude and rushed filing them. I felt really uncomfortable, and did not say anything because she was so abrupt!

On a good note, Michael polished and filled my nails and did a good job. I think if I come back to Pueblo I will request the girl I had 3 years ago or avoid this establishment altogether!!!

It is the best place to get your nails done in Pueblo. The people are vary nice and well trained. The have a great selection of dips and acrylic for you to choose from. I well go again to get my nails done there at any time.

Paid to much! Had my nails filled, was very sloppy and messy!! Will not return to Lady Nails.
