AMAZING store that is just SO CUTE! And dangerous, because you can easily just want to buy literally everything in the store. They have something for everyone - cute slippers, jammies, cool t-shirts and clothing, stuff for the guys, small trinkets and a great little shoe section. I came here with my little sister, who was a little skeptical...Does customer service get any better than that? I don't think so! She also let me into the fitting room so I could try some pieces, what a phenomenal experience.

So excited to be a return customer when i am on this side of the US- it's the perfect store for downtown riverwalk district. The best customer service and great finds at affordable prices - what's not to love? Thanks for a great experience and for kind, caring customer service!

I have a few friends that love to browse and buy from Labels so I decided to give them a try. Labels is a consignment shop that has a wide variety of high end designer brands. I found a cute black leather jacket and a thin black sweater to try on. While browsing all three of the ladies working checked in on me and asked if I wanted a water, tea or coffee as I shopped. While the leather jacket didn't work out the thin black sweater did and it was on sale for 60% off! They have a wide variety of high end shoes and evening wear with everything in between. I will definitely be back as I felt welcomed in their store even in Jeans and a sweatshirt.

Labels is my go-to for formal attire. I attend between 5-7 galas and balls for work over the course of the year and I've been able to get many of my dresses at Labels. Since we don't have any good options for formal attire in Reno (besides maybe Macys?), Labels has become my go-to. I'm often able to grab a formal dress for less than $100 and with minor alterations, it makes this a better option for me over using Rent the Runway.

I always look through the other clothes while I'm in and have been able to grab great professional dresses and little black dresses--all at great prices and even sometimes with original tags still on. At this point I think almost all my professional/dressy attire is from Labels.

The staff is usually pretty busy with other things but honestly this doesn't bother me. I want to come in, see what they have, try things on, and get out. Someone is always available to zip something up or down, and gut chuck me on fit and look. I don't ever feel overlooked or ignored. I find the ladies remember the things I've bought over my specific face and I like that too... like they have a connection to the clothes they're selling.

If you're looking for formal attire, don't pass up labels... truly a gem in Reno.

Nice, clean, high end shop with a fair selection of shoes, dresses, jackets, pants and popular labels on their own racks. XL and plus woman pieces are few to none. If you try to consign here, items need to be very high end, dry cleaned and in pristine condition. All my items were rejected which was very humbling!

I had such a great experience at this consignment store. Let me tell you why I loved this. They have a lot of designer high end at very reasonable prices, the owner and the staff were all friendly and helpful without any feeling of pressure. Within minutes of walking in so was offered water or other drink options. The store is clean and the displays are nicely done and well organized. I found a couple things I have been looking for and one of the people who works there passed by with some white button downs and said she was just about to put them out for sale but asked if I wanted to look first. I bought one. I also bought a gorgeous classic coach handbag and a hat. I tried on a beautiful pair of blue leather Jason Wu pants that are currently in style. They also had an amazing LV handbag and some Celine and Chanel. Give this place a try if you have a passion for fashion. Good luck with your hunt!

Absolutely love Labels. This is my go-to boutique when I need a high quality, unique piece. I often shop here for special occasion dresses; NYE, holiday parties, etc... something that necessitates an eye-catching, festive outfit.
I also recently brought some clothing in for resale. They accepted one of my pieces which sold in a few months, which made my most recent Labels haul hugely discounted!

The prices are very high. A pair of Paige jeans for $229. You can get a brand new pair for the same price. Where's the deal??
Also the vibes are very snooty.

I absolutely love this place! When I first walked in I felt amazing knowing I was in such a great environment . The ladies there absolutely lovely ! There is so much to choose from. I will be going here for my needs of high end!

Went in today for the first time with a friend and family. Both ladies who work there were lovely. Super helpful. They have high end labels in good condition. I found 3 pairs of pants and my friend got a dress and a few other things. The prices were very fair based on what these labels cost new. Every thing was in good condition and all hangers are labeled with sizes making shopping easier. Will for sure come back when in Reno.
