I currently went to a high end resort spa and after my experience, it made me realize how good Labelles spa is and appreciate all the details that make my spa experience at labelle amazing. Thank you for having good customer service especially with the front desk making booking appointments easier as well as checking ouT.

the spa attendants are so helpful by greeting you and putting your feet in hot water before you're service while sitting by a fire place with a hot pillow for your neck. Snacks include fresh fruit and cheese

Thank you Zhara for the knowledge to customize a clinical result orientated facial while pampering and feeling completely relaxed at the same time. She is good and if you have problematic, or reactive skin you will appreciate her skills even more. The facial I had at the resort did nothing for my skin. Plus it was more expensive.... THANKS AGAIN LABELLE

It's been forever since my aunt and I had our nails done and she decided to book both of us a manicure and pedicure here after her friend told her how clean and happy she was when she got her nails done here. Our appointments were at 10 AM and after picking our colors we were taken to the back where the ambiance was nice since it was mostly quiet besides the spa music playing and the lights were dimmed.

The lady who did my nails was named Kimberly and while I thought my pedicure experience was good (I enjoyed the massage and exfoliation), I felt like the manicure was not that great. After looking at my nails later the only words I can describe them are that it looks like a sloppy job and that my nails were painted in the dark (which they technically were). My aunt also felt meh about her manicure.

For $83 for a mani/pedi I expected a better experience, especially being the first time getting my nails done in a while. They do not require masks for those who are fully vaccinated, but I kept mine on during my time there. I will most likely not return to this place.

I was watching Kathy cut and color my moms hair and what an amazing job she did! she is extremely talented!! My moms hair looks so beautiful thank you Kathy and Labelle for always making us feel and look good!

And my name wouldn't be on your records because I never use my real one due to my job, but I have emails thanking me for being a client.

The woman who did my manicure got so much paint on my fingers that I had to keep asking her to clean it up. I finally waited for her to leave and asked the pedicurist to clean up my hands. I still left with nail polish on my fingers because I was tired of asking for someone to remove it. it was embarrassing to leave a salon with polish on my hands as if my niece had painted them. I was told I couldn't have gel nails because it would take too long, even though I had a prescheduled appointment. I felt like my appointment was an inconvenience to them the entire time. They rushed while discussing regulars who were coming in soon. Again, they're appointment only so I deserved the time just as anyone else. I honestly think they took advantage of me being a pushover and I'm angry I didn't just leave, but I wanted my nails done for a trip I was taking. It felt like work to keep asking for a decent manicure and it was still awful when I left. My nails haven't looked like that since I did them myself when I was 10.

This seems like a poorly managed business, so just fyi it is run by the same people as the other la belle spa on El Camino.

I received a gift card to this spa that I used toward a massage. It was relatively easy to book over the phone and they had no problem accepting the gift card. When I arrived parking was easy and check in went smoothly. I sat down to a hot foot soak, tea and magazines. I looked around to find an older crowd, sipping on their tea by the fireplace in the waiting area. The space itself was small and outdated. My massage therapist, Damila, was prompt. The pressure was so much, I swear I felt organs moving (okay, I'm exaggerating, but you get the picture.) I asked her to ease up on the pressure, but it was still too much for me. So if that's what you like, I recommend her. If not, I'd ask for another therapist, because I left sore.

Easy to find parking, must have an appointment I noticed people were calling in and they were all booked.

Showed up for my appointment at noon and was promptly taken back for a scheduled mani/pedi with Anna.

Love the ambiance, dim lights and soothing music. The massage chair leaves something to be desired as it just vibrates and makes a loud noise that disrupts the ambiance.

Definitely on the pricier side, deluxe mani/pedi combo for 83$ (vs $63 at my usual place) but several times a year I like to splurge.

The massage here is incredible and way better at some of the cheaper places. Hot stones and warm parafin add to the experience. I also love that she did three coats of polish without being asked.

Would like to add I came here to have my nails done before my wedding this last August and they were flawless.

Clean, pricey, nice atmosphere,and 2/2 great mani/pedis

My sister had gifted me a gift card to LaBelle, so I decided to try out the prenatal massage! I was a bit hesitant, since I've heard that prenatal massages tend to be quite gentle, and I'm more of a deep tissue sort of person.

Super bougie place (obvs). Parking was fine, because the massage was at 9:30 AM (but I can imagine parking can be atrocious anytime around 11:30 AM and afterwards :-/). They have someone show you around and you are left with this warm robe to put on --- super comfortable! Then you get to sit by the fireplace, and they have magazines and the like. They offer you some water with orange in it, which was quite refreshing! I saw that they had some grapes, cheese, and crackers, but I wasn't hungry enough to ask about having some of those.

KC gave me a massage and it was great! You get to lay on your side, and there is a heated blanket that she can adjust the temperature of. the only weird thing was that her hands were cold at the beginning, but they warmed up. I asked her for more pressure, and she gave me a great amount. I asked for more during it, but she explained to me that doing more pressure could release toxins to the baby. Well, I'm not going to respond and say "bring on the toxins to my baby until I read some scientific article explaining that!" so I enjoyed the rest of the massage.

the price is obviously high, but hey, if you get a gift card to this place, take advantage of their massages!

the ladies at the front desk weren't the friendliest, but enh....endorphins were flowin' post prenatal massage, so it didnt bother me too much!

I wish I lived closer because because Cesar is phenomenal. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. First, you walk in and reception greets you right away. You go back for your service and someone directs you to the changing room with a robe and comfy slippers - not broken plastic one size fits all. The most surprising part of it was the foot soak in front of a fire prior to the massage. Cesar's draping technique was unlike anything I've ever experienced and having had several massages that left me feeling exposed this was a refreshing experience. If you like deep tissue Cesar is the one! I've never had a massage where I got enough pressure to my trouble spots and he's clearly skilled in breath work and how to get pesky muscles to relax. Just book your appointment already :)

This is a great place to go, in my opinion the best at Bay Area! I would highly recommend Shelby for a blowout - she is friendly, and very talented! My hair gets soft and shiny every time!

If you have long thick and coarse hair you must see Kathy! She works beautifully on my hair for color and blow out. She also does an amazing job on high lights.

La Belle is a great place you can't go wrong but Kathy always listens and works on getting the results that you want!

You won't be disappointed!
