LA Fitness

Go in, in the mornings. Work out, shower and get ready, off to work, ez. But since I mainly work out in the mornings.. cleaning staff would be in the locker room with ya.. not really my cup of tea since I want to go there to shower before work after working out, I understand having to clean it, but man can you not be in my proximity when I'm the most vulnerable and semi naked..

Great spinning class, the teacher is awesome., too bad the air conditioning is usually running very hot. It feels like they have the heater instead of ac.
I keep telling the manager but they do not do nothing about it.

I have been a member since 11/2/2006. I was one of their first 100 customers that joined until today. Again their ac is broken and it's so humid and yuck to train at the La Dulles. I got told that they won't fix it and won't run it due to electricity is too high. Their equipment is falling off, their free weight bench press seats r broken with no bolts holding the bench. It's scary. Better to get it fixed before any lawsuit. They are always out of paper towel. How r we supposed to wipe the equipment from sweats etc? . their drink water out of the fountain is soooooo waaaarm. Thank god for La Leesburg, they stay on top of Things. It's sad that I have to drive to Leesburg.

8/1/22: LA Fitness Dulles was a great gym for a while but hasn't had Air Conditioning for the 6th Week this week. If you are considering this gym, find another or check to see if the air conditioning is fixed prior to signing up. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE for the lack of a.c. in the middle of summer for this long. LA Fitness, please use some of the $ from our membership and maintenance fees to provide the basics at minimum.

*Going on 6 weeks and wondering when the corporate office might get involved?

*Still no A.C., 100 degree days with the heat index. Disrespect and Insanity! FIX YOUR A.C. L.A. FITNESS!!!!! 7 WEEKS IS RIDICULOUS AND THERE IS NO EXCUSE!

8/11/22: wow, 10 days after my 1st review and still no A.C. Many excuses, 1 extra fan, but no a.c. Today L.A. Fitness Dulles reached a new low. No Custodian either. The toilets in the Men's Locker Rooms were not cleaned since yesterday and the water fountains were not cleaned either. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told that he would let the manager know. Not clean the bathrooms or the water fountains, but let manager know. I found blood in a water fountain a few weeks ago so this lack of concern for disinfecting toilets or drinking fountains is highly disturbing. The MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED or at least monitor social media and respond to this post. LA Fitness Dulles has fallen lower than the toilet drains that they don't clean.

8/24- A.C. was up and running on Monday 8/22; great to have AC again; found blood a 2nd time today though; 1st time in water fountain and 2nd time on wall

First review ever on Yelp. Never given a one star review on a retail establishment before. No AC in the aerobics room for months. I wonder why these good zumba instructors subject themselves to such unhealthy working conditions. I guess contractors aren't protected by OSHA. I'm pretty fit and do a lot of zumba. I put up with it for a while because I enjoy the routines and music presented by Iris, Tammy & Dana. But as the summer got hotter, the condition got worse, and it became it became more unbearable and no fun. I stopped going, and I'm sad because those instructors always improved my day.

AC is always out during summer, heat out during winter. Machines always broken. I would spend my money else where, there's plenty of better gyms for the same price

No A/C really brings the review down here...no need for a sauna when you workout here. The equipment is also pretty dated. Only positive is that its rarely ever busy due to the previously stated.

Management changes every month or so. Personal trainers aren't even top tier with desire to make money to get in and out of there with no effort to train. You get these young guys in the staff who walk around just to look good.

Location has horrible management, not well-maintained, dirty and overall horrible gym experience. I personally recommend this gym to not even my worst enemy.

This gym is great! It does the job and I'm a regular because I live so close to this gym. But some of the machines are out for weeks at a time.

Other than that, the customer service is amazing. And I would recommend this location to people in the area.
