Exhausted after a day of exploring Madrid, we stumbled upon La Cabaña Argentina on Calle de Ventura de la Vega. Famished and ready to refuel, we were delighted by this unexpected find. La Cabaña Argentina turned out to be a fantastic steakhouse! The steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender and bursting with flavor, and the scallops were equally delicious with a perfectly buttery texture. Everything about our meal was perfect - a true lifesaver after a long day of sightseeing!

Place was insanely good. Only problem is I was to full or order seconds. Highly recommend for amazing food . Everything tasted beyond good. Ambiance was nice as well.

One of the best steaks (Colina de solomiillo) I've had. The mollejitas de ternera were also one of the best. The service was quick (English and Spanish) and the ambiance and decor just made it better. Off the main streets (Paseo del Prado, Gran Via) but worth the walk.

I'm Argentinian and I know quality steak. This place was so authentic and worth the visit. The entraña was served on a sizzling plate to keep it hot as we ate it, and the cut was huge. The sides were also hot and delicious. I highly recommend this place is you are in town and wanting to increase the variety of your meals and take a break from the local ham sandwich :)

This place was amazing!
Get ready for meat overload, but honestly not to heavy.
For the starters my family and I order the veal sweetbread, blood sausage, and Argentinian sausage. The veal sweetbread in America is a delicacy and here it was amazing and very affordable. The charcoal grill made the sweetbread taste amazing. The blood sausage and regular sausage was also very very good. All the starters were delicious.
For the mains, we shared the short ribs, ribeye, and grilled octopus. Everything was cooked to perfection, was delicious, and some of the best cooked meat I've ever had!
If you're in madrid, go here. Pretty affordable for the cuts you are getting!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - David B.Birmingham, AL1185Jul 23, 2021
This is a great place but the staff is not friendly. We found this a lace on my favorite site, YELP
We were seated fast, but that was the high point. Our steaks were the cheaper cuts and came on a charcoal server for cooking. That was fun . But with the tiny table, we were very crowded. The staff saw it but did nothing.
This was not very memorableHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Suzanne A.Marietta, GA06Jun 17, 2023
Fantastic Argentinian cuisine in Madrid in a great atmosphere. The steak, seafood and mixed grill were all wonderful.

The staff was friendly. Even gave me an external battery for my iphone.
Good food. The steak was cooked perfectly! The wine (malbec) was suave~
