This was THE WORST facial I have ever received.

We called to make an appointment for the special of a $49 facial. She told us to com in and we would decide exactly which type was needed based of my skin type etc.

When I got there she consulted me for all of these treatments that I needed totaling to 180$!

I told her I just wanted a normal facial for the discussed price.

She said that type wouldn't include anything I needed but she would do it.

Her phone rang loudly twice, shakira was playing in the background ( not relaxing) and she stomped in horrible squeaky heels the whole time. I was freezing cold and asked for a blanket where I was given a fitted sheet.

I left with a super shiny face but tons of black heads and white heads still. Will be having to get another facial later this week to clean up the job she did.

WOULD NOT EVER come here again.

I purchased a Group for 3 lipo laser treatments. When I arrived, the owner seemed very flustered. We went into the treatment room and for the next 40 minutes it was non-stop hocking of the other procedures that they offered which would d much better than what I came in for. She basically told me that the treatments were not going to do anything for me. This of course I was told after I "cashed in" The Groupon. I am racking this experience up as a total flop, accept the money loss and will not be going back for the two other treatments.

My sister went on Groupon and found her , it said it was 45$ and she was charged 55$ . As soon as my sister got there she saw that she was touching the door handles , the equipment & and once she started the facial my sister saw that she wasn't wearing any gloves , nor did she wash her hands. She didn't extract , she simply cleaned her face with dirty hands .. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I know that that right there is unprofessional and unsanitary.

I have had great experiences there. Very professional and very knowledgeable in regards to skin therapeutics.
Wonderful facial. Very relaxing... and my face looks amazing! This is my "go to place"when I need a facial. Thank you Pilar!

Had a chemical peel with Pilar. So many things I enjoyed. Pilar is sweet, kind and knows her profession and products. I had fabulous results with my chemical peel. Her place is quiet, super clean and private. Definitely returning in April. I love the one-on-one service the most. Thank you Pilar.

Does not rise to the level of other Naples spas providing similar services. The atmosphere was not very spa-like. The facial followed a different format than the many others I have experienced. I did not feel my skin concerns were given great weight. They tried to sell me expensive products and I felt the facial was just a base for doing so. Would not return here.

Pilar really knows about skin. Excellent treatment. My skin was glowing and rejuvenated

First time ever getting a microdermabrasion and I was with Pilar. Such a nice lady who asked what my skin concerns were and provided some advice. She was great and I loved the experience. Very one-on-one. She was gentle and asked how if the strength was comfortable for me. My skin definitely looks brighter and cleaner. Thank you Pilar! Will definitely be coming back with her!

I am a white male, 50 years old and wanted to write a honest review for Pilar, I went to the spa looking to get a Fibro Blast lift which is a expensive procedure. I was looking for good advice and wanted to try this technique. What I was told was a lot different than I expected, which I appreciated most is Pilar's honest assessment of my face. She evaluated me and advised me that my skin looked good and at this time and I did not need this procedure. She explain why and recommend something in the Obagi skin care line (Peel). I have used their product line already for that last 10 years and knew it was a good skin care line. Being a man with some knowledge most folks would of sold me the house and more, but Pilar's honesty was refreshing and nice to hear. It was a comfortable, clean and professional atmosphere, after I was done I felt I wanted to set up a follow up appointment a week later. Now I am going back in 3 weeks. I am enjoying getting out of my comfort zone and thought lets see what other ways I can improve my appearance, (not getting any younger) I am enjoying venturing into some new areas. Naples has tons of places to go to get whatever you need to improve your appearance, not much difference in any of them really when it comes to what most offer except price and who your dealing with, but I will always take a honest answer and polite professional smile, there is no price for knowing someone actually cares about what you need, instead of what they need.
