Main Street Italian Bistro

Hands down best Italian food in the area! Their seafood lasagna is fantastic. I actually get cravings for their blackberry vinaigrette.

We drive back 1.5 hrs at least once a year to visit. Quality food and always can tell it's fresh. Super small but that adds to the experience.
Hope Scott continues to do great things and look fwd to our next trip.

Amazing. Quaint family style Italian. The seafood lasagna and the Cajun shrimp and crawfish ravioli were incredible. Can't wait to go back and try the pizza. A table next to us ordered one and I know I would be coming back. So glad we finally made the trip to come here. I highly recommend for anyone who enjoys excellent Italian family cooking.

Super tiny indoor seating. What seemed to be the owners occupying one of the few available tables having dessert. Place was packed at 7pm on a Saturday which made us think we'd chosen well, but the food was mediocre to good. The best item was the cheese bread that took less than five minutes to come to the table from the order being put in, I imagine it was already made and under a heat lamp. Good service, average Italian.

Scott and the fam are great! Main street is so consistent! The portions are massive, no one will be left short of stuffed! Everything from their pasta, pizza, bread, and salads are delicious. Also, get the ranch, thank me later! Main street is easy to miss in Springville (I mean, Springville is easy to miss) but you better not!

Great Italian cuisine! Pleasantly surprised! Grand daughter had cheese pizza, Bride had Chicken Alfredo & had Lasagna. Good food with good portions, will be Back!

The food here was fine - easy to produce typical Italian. I liked it fine - the restaurant itself is TINY - amazingly small and crazy busy. Three stars because the food is just fine but nothing special.

A small disclaimer, my husband went to high school with the owner, so we found out about this from the Main Street's Facebook page...almost missed coming here...boy were we glad we found time! Welcoming homey little building right downtown Springville, an easy drive right from the highway if you're passing by.

Eggplant parmesan was out so tried the chicken parmesan, which was baked (not breaded) with generous amounts of cheese and a sweet red marinara sauce and spaghetti...delicious!

Kids got a 8" pizza nicely baked with a homemade crust and even a slight char on the sides.

The standout though was the Cajun chicken ravioli! Flavorful alfredo sauce with chicken ravioli, lightly Cajun spiced. Outstanding!

Ended with the special beignets, fried pizza dough with powdered sugar! Super yummy and fun!
