The Cowboy Shop has been in business since 2002. We offer a great variety of western boots and clothing for the entire family as well as tack, home décor & furniture items. We have a friendly staff and offer excellent customer service. We try to offer good daily prices on our merchandise but always welcome the opportunity to try to price match if you have found a like item at a lower price elsewhere. All employees behind counter were on their phones. At least one or two of them should be out on the floor asking customers if they need help. Could have cut my shopping time in half at least. When I did go to counter and ask, they were helpful.

This is how a bottle of perfume I ordered on line arrived: Very poorly packed in a box which was too small to hold the item, let alone the bubble wrap that was stuffed in with it. The perfume box had to be crushed in order to jamb it into the shipping box
Their response? "Too bad...Take it up with the USPS..." they said: "...look, you got the bottle of perfume, the fact that the decorative gift box it comes in was crushed is of no consequence".
Me:"This was supposed to be a gift... would you wrap a crushed box up for someone as a gift?"
Them: "You got the perfume."
But here's the good news: Because I paid with PayPal, and even though they refused to replace the item or offer a refund, PayPal got my money back for me... Thank's PayPal. We are very sorry that the box was damaged in transit. We do pack all perfume bottles in bubble wrap and place them in another box for shipping. Im very happy the perfume itself wasnt damaged and sorry that you hold us accountable for the unfortunate happening during transit. Hope the gift was still enjoyed. Thank you for your feedback. We will pass it on to our local post office.

What an awesome place to shop! They have everything western to fit your needs. If they don't carry it in store they told me they would get it. They can even ship to me, whether I am at home, work, or traveling! Wow! They rock!
