This is easily the best bakery in the area. Both the breads and pastries are absolutely excellent. Try the Pain d'épi bread. It's amazing. They don't really have a retail presence since they specialize in commercial baking. However, if you call in by 11am the day before, they can usually bake extra for retail sale. The office closes at 1pm, so arrive early.

I'm so sad. You cannot buy bread here. They are not at farmers markets. They are in Tower markets, Tanya's Kitchen in PS and where I first found it-- Coachella Valley Harvest Box. Even the office smells incredible. Now on to Palm Springs to hunt some down!!!

I have been ordering bread through my CV harvest box. It has all been good!!! Today I received the olive and rosemary loaf. I think it might be the best ever!!it had a chewy crust and soft interior- baked to perfection.

The baguettes are delicious. They deliver to different restaurants if you had been to Papa,s Dans pizza and pasta really good by the way they use the baguettes from this bakery

We buy the whole grain sourdough every week at the Palm Springs farmers market. It is the best we have ever had! We just figured out that we should buy two, as it is gone by midweek as the kids keep sneaking pieces.
