There's unfortunately no redeeming quality to this 7-Eleven. I can't think of any reason to stop here so its only real purpose would be to serve people who live within walking distance that don't feel like driving further to get something quick.
What are the issues? It's an ancient un-remodeled 7-Eleven that shows its age as soon as you get out of your car. It's simply dirty and run down. The refrigerated storage is minimal so your drink selections here are dramatically less than what you'll see at the other convenience stores up and down the street. There are two gas pumps, but no cover, and it's not well lit, so I definitely would not stop in to fuel up after dark or in inclement weather. The front door is often propped open at night during deliveries so you get all kinds of random bugs flying around inside and likely landing on things you wouldn't really want them landing on, and given the uncleanliness, we know the surfaces aren't being cleaned afterward.
If you need fuel, and/or food/snacks/drinks, the RaceTrac station a block away, or the Wawa about a mile away to the west, is a far better option.
