Their Tom Kah Ga soup is PERFECT. We order from here frequently and I am always happy. Food is always fresh and flavorful, the stir fry eggplant is a go to meal for us!

Great food! But poor customer service and dining experience.

This establishment only opens for a few hours a day. Which is a big minus. And also, you can't eat at their restaurant. You have to take it home. They changed their whole system because of the pandemic. But that was several years ago. Shouldn't they revert back?

The Tom yum soup here gotta be one of the best in town. And the other traditional dishes are delicious too. Portions are not that big. But quality makes up for it.

Just don't expect to be treated that well when you go here. You're just another customer to them.

The food here is not the problem. They have a very rude cashier who does not like people. It's basically a large takeout operation with plastic everything, it feels cheap from the get-go. The owner is also rude and yelled at my kids for rolling around on her dirty benches. There are plenty of other small businesses to reward with your time, money and energy in North Phoenix.

Stop #13 on our Vegan Summer Journey was an actual delivery pick-up for Krua Thai Cuisine. The wife has been wanting to try this place out for a while now so since the lunch deals are pretty good she decided to order some food online. It worked out really well because it is near an Aldi store that we like to grocery shop at. My wife ordered the Thai Fried Rice with Tofu for me and she had the Pad Thai. I get home with the food to discover that my fried rice had chicken in it instead of tofu. Naturally, I was upset so my wife called and they immediately issued a refund to her card. So, since the customer service was good I decided to keep the rating at 4 stars instead of 3.

I don't know if I need to return but the food was good despite the mistake (I removed all of the chicken) and the restaurant itself was very clean. Eat, Drink, and Be Merry, my Friends!!!

Excellent fresh Thai food flavorful and delicious. I got take out and it was ready when I arrived with generous portion I was able to have 2 meals. I definitely recommend the food!

I had an authentic vibe walking in. Having travelled to Thailand for a couple of weeks, I feel like I got a good experience of their culture. Walking into Krupa Thai, I felt like I was back in Thailand in a small restaurant in the first floor of someone's house. Very clean and welcoming.
The food was GREAT! Everything we ordered was delicious and was gone so quickly. The only thing, and this isn't a problem, more just a heads up, was the yellow curry is a little spicy. My partner is picky about spice and said it's spicy lol.

I had no idea there was a place like this on this side of town. I wasn't feeling well and thought I would get some hot & sour soup to kill any flu bug before it turned into something awful. I found this place on yelp. Ordered online and picked it up on about 30 mis. Using their online system is the coolest. You get text messages telling you when the food is going to be ready, what your order number is and finally a text telling you it's ready for pick up. I came home and had one of the vegetable rolls it was crispy flavorful and delicious. I ordered the hot & sour soup with shrimp I chose the "very hot" option. I also got the crab fried rice, medium hot. I am kicking myself for not getting the orange chicken. I tried the rice first it was seasoned perfectly with chunks of real crab, sooo good. Then I had the soup there were huge prawns in this flavorful spicy soup. The food was so good, I rarely give out 5 stars because I feel like in order to get 5 stars you have to be perfect. I take into account the ordering process the service and the flavors of each dish. This place hands down hit every spot. I cannot wait to try some of the other dishes on the menu.

Okay so I was driving by looking for something to eat and I saw this place and I was like ok'! Let's try it. When you come in you can see the whole menu lay out in the table and you have order first and then sit . The food came out in food containers which was very odd but didn't mind at all, because they yellow curry was so delicious the perfect amount for a lunch special , the seasoning was great . Super recommended

Walked in and did not welcome us! Then told us to go to the counter to order. After that the rude man told his wife to tell us that no outside out. I have a 2 year old that doesn't like Thai food. If I don't bring out side food is she going to stare at me while I am eating? I don't think that's right!

We had an amazing dinner. Everything was delicious: tofu pad Thai, larb, chicken and mushrooms...all delish. The Tom yum soup was a bit spicy for our delicate palates, but delicious. We will continue to order from this great place!
