We were hanging out in the woods canoeing & doing redneck stuff & this is the only place we could find that had real food nearby!

The best part was the sushi didn't kill us!

      Recommend.

My grandmother and I Shopped for over an hour got ready to check out and there were absolutely no checkers to be found so we asked the lady just standing around running you scan what was going on and she said their checker just left 30 minutes ago To which we replied there has to be somebody working in this store that could check us out she responded no there is no one in this entire store that can check you out so then I asked to see a manager she came up and told me the exact same this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Kroger store I myself had worked for 4 different kroger stors in my life and if someone needed to be checked out while I was working there We found somebody to check them out that's just part of good customer service nobody wants to come to the grocery store after a hard day's work fill up a cart and then check themselves out . Being a cashier is one of the most common jobs and 1 of the most oldest jobs in America What is this nation coming to when nobody in one of the largest grocery store chains in America we'll check somebody's groceries out for them when Asked I believe this is completely unacceptable and I will never again go to the Kroger on oak street in Conway Arkansas and neither will my grandmother.

Kroger has had many days to clear their parking lot of ice & snow. Other businesses in town have done a good job of cleaning the snow and ice out there parking lot but Kroger one of the busiest stores in town it's not important.

Just moved to this area and decided to check this store out. They seem to have a fairly decent variety of items and the staff is nice. The deli area however was full of flies. It was really right down repulsive. I need to find another super market!

I will no longer shop Kroger's due to the fact that they are not giving back my change. I need to $20 in cash and they charge $.50 to do that. Then they owed me $19.50 back, but claimed there was a coin shortage and kept my $.50. They did not explain that I could put it back on my card or give it to Charity. I think this is a scam.

I tried the pick up service for the first time today and it was awesome! They made the entire process enjoyable and I highly recommend it for the elderly, moms with small children, and anyone who wants to save time.

This location has the worst skills for customer service I have ever cross paths with. I was a Kroger fan. The managers on duty on 07/07/2020 around 5:15 PM are not respectful nor courteous. I called an asked a question . The manager on duty made me feel as I was delusional for even asking the question and when she found out that what I was asking to be correct. No apologies was given and I was hung up on. I know this to be an isolated incident because never have I experienced this poor customer service from any kroger from any state.

This Kroger isn't great. I only go here when I can't make it to the new one across town. I went a few days ago and since they didnt sell the cheese I wanted in the cheese section, I made a trip to the deli. I noticed the "grab and go" cooler where they have cheese and meats pre sliced and packed for purchase. I saw 10 slices of cheese priced for $6.79. That's too much for 10 slices! I wanted it to be cut different and I wanted it to be fresh, so I waited in line at the deli for over 10 freaking minutes and finally ordered half a pound of thin sliced cheese. The guy walks out from behind the counter and grabs the $7 cheese from the grab and go cooler and hands it to me and says, "Here, this is about half a pound." I told him I didnt want to buy that for that price and that I'd wanted it to be thin and fresh. He responds by telling me, "Well, they are really wanting us to push the grab and go, so it's this or no cheese tonight. What we don't sell, we have to throw away by today." So basically, I waited in line for over 10 minutes to buy cheese that was cut god knows when and apparently expired that day, in a thickness I dont like and I, as a customer, had no choice in the matter. So I left and went to walmart where I got my cheese and all my other groceries. This Kroger experience pissed me off, so I leaned my lesson and I wont go back.

I've always encountered great customer service here! I love the products Kroger carries and the prices are great. I don't recommend buying Sara Lee bread. Some reason it always molds after a few days. The bakery associates are sweet (haha). I like that the managers are always on the floor helping and talking to customers!
