Kountry Kafe

We wanted to get a quick breakfast sat at the bar thinking it would quicker. Mistake coming here we waited 15 minutes before anyone talked with us. I ordered eggs, bacon & hash browns bacon was deep fried & hash browns eggs over done. "F"

I've been going to Kountry Kafe for twenty plus years. The food and the service is exceptional. This is my favorite breakfast spot in the Northwoods. The ambiance is very casual ie seat yourself, plastic glassware, etc. The food is very good for breakfast and lunch. Do yourself a favor and order a slice of pie to go because you will be too full to eat it after your meal and the pies are excellent.

My breakfast go to is the 2x2x2. If I am ravenous I will add an order of hash browns. The omelettes are the the flat folded type, (not the fluffy baked type) which is a nice change. Hash browns are crispy and plentiful. Pancakes are 8" diameter and about 1/2" thick and offer add ons: blueberries, chocolate chips, sprinkles, and apples.

Lunch has a home style specials such as pork steak with dumplings and sauerkraut. Nothing fancy but everything I have ordered is great tasting with ample portions.

I have not tried many items because I get hooked on my favorites.

They have a small parking lot and street parking. Snowmobiles like me are welcome.

Kountry charm, we just recently moved to the area and have been slowly exploring the restaurants in the area. Our trip to the kountry kafe was excellent. The cafe itself is charming but fairly non-descriptive. Friendly service, a varied menu and quality food make the cafe a must visit when in the area. It looks like the restaurant is for sale, hopefully who ever takes over keeps the staff and the koontry charm.

My favorite breakfast place in Northern Wisconsin! (Lunch and dinner menu/specials are great too tho!) Love this home style cooking so much I'm waiting to have an event that I can have them cater! A must try place if you're from out of town and trying to figure out where the best places to eat are!

Great place to eat. Been here several times now and the prices are incredible with the amount of food you get. Hand patted burgers and hand cut fries. Dinner plate size pancakes! Meatloaf dinner with choice of potatoes , two sides and dessert. Only complaint is the coffee could be better.

Although it wasn't appealing from the decor - this cafe offers a wide variety of food. There is something there for everyone. My boyfriend got the pizza burger which he said was good, and the beer fries which he loved. The apple cinnamon French toast wasn't very appetizing and the blueberry pancakes were very tart. Prices were good. Would definitely go again - just would order something different.

Kountry Kafe in Fifield is another childhood favorite of mine. And I was super excited to return for breakfast during my class reunion weekend.

The place is exactly the same as it's always been: a bit run down and stuck in the 80s, but that's how many of the places in the Northwoods look. But you know what? The service is decent and the food is tasty.

Our table had a range of food. Everything from the HUGE pancakes to the meat lovers platter. Everything was good and all plates were clean. We left with bellies full and satisfied.

Kountry Kafe is easily one of my favorite places in the Park Falls/Fifield area. Delicious home-cooked foods at great prices. If you're in need of a great breakfast, come here!

I really enjoy coming here with my family! Most of the waitresses are very nice and the restaurant is always clean. They have a lot of good food and offers many choices for all ages! I definitely recommend coming here!

This is my favorite go-to place. Outstanding service everytime and the food is absolutely delicious!!

Best breakfast around hands down. Always full on the weekends. Because of the good food and friendly wait staff. The pancake is as big as a dinner plate.
