Koi Asian Bistro is our favorite go-to spot for fresh sushi, lo mein and other delicious Chinese dishes. Consistently fresh food and friendly staff. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing food!
I've been coming here for numerous years.
Food is consistent and all of the staff is friendly.
The Fresh Rolls and Curry dishes are my favorite. One extra fun thing is a waiter robot named "Lucky"Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jessica H.Cleveland, NC041Jan 20, 2024
Nice little restaurant, food was good. We got a but of entertainment with the robot that delivers certain things to your table! Our real waitress was really sweet too. Definitely will come back.

Had lunch there yesterday with my daughter. She loves this restaurant. She always gets the sesame chicken and lo mein. I got the Singapore Mei fun with chicken and a spring roll. Really really really really really good touch of spice to it which was surprising, but really good. I'll definitely be going back.

We've been here a few times now, and the service and food is consistent. Solid local pick.
Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Aug 28, 2022Previous reviewWe went for a sushi date night. I have been trying to pin down the best spot for sushi which has been a little challenging between menu options and reviews, but I decided Koi Asian Bistro would be my first attempt in the area.
The restaurant is beautiful. There are some unique table options in some of the rooms. The restaurant has a very modern look, and on the wall where we sat there was a TV playing beautiful scenic footage. Oddly enough though, it was of the UK instead of an Asian location. I love the UK so I am not complaining, but that was a little odd since it was a Japanese restaurant.
Our waitress was very sweet. I think she was working by herself. It was a great experience overall, but two things stood out as cons. The first is that when we were still figuring out what we wanted more customers came in and were sat, and there was a pretty big delay before she came back to us to see if we were ready. The second is we weren't checked on to see how our food was, if we needed anything further or refills for our beverages until we were almost done with our food. It also took a while for her to come and give us our check. When you are on a date night out, it's nice to not feel rushed, but it's nicer when you are attended to and made to feel like you don't have to rush.
I ordered the Greenville Roll and the Dejs Vous Roll. Both were made with soy paper per my request. They were very fresh and delicious. My husband ordered the Spicy Salmon Roll, and the Cherry Blossom Roll. He liked his rolls as well, but realized that they were very similar after. The only difference was the one had tuna on top so that was a fail on his side lol.
The bathroom is a bit hidden and a little scary as you walk towards it because the area is completely dark, but as you get closer, an automatic light comes on. Interesting! The women's bathroom was decent, but apparently the men's bathroom was icky.
Overall, good experience. We will give it another try. - Jul 21, 2021
We had been enchanted by the lovely gardens and koi ponds we saw each month when we went to our hairdresser at the business next door. But THIS time we decided to stop in and see if we might like the fare. Heavens to betsy!! Soothing interior, seated at a table overlooking the intriguing koi pond, well rounded menu with many of our favorites. Yep! We decided to have lunch. Edamame; egg plant appetizer; crisp, hot spring rolls; a nice lager. We were delighted with our choices!
Our server was sweet and sincere. Our water was topped off regularly--the carafe of water, not just our glasses! She patiently answered our questions about the selections.
By the time we had devoured the last morsel of deliciousness, we had proclaimed that from now on, a haircut equals lunch at Koi!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Bill C.Lebanon, NJ023Jan 20, 2024

Ambiance is quiet and peaceful, Koi pond was overgrown but still a pleasant view. Plenty of space between tables for privacy.
I got a couple of sushi rolls - the city roll was delicious. The raw roll, something with spicy tuna, was just ok - not very much spice. Husband got Kung pao chicken, which he said was fresh and tasty with just the right amount of spice.
Our server was nice and pretty attentive, and they had this cute little robot waiter that would bring you some of your food and the check.
To get five stars, clean up the koi pond and do better on your spicy tuna.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Fred H.Greenville, SC1177226Dec 28, 2022
We love this restaurant, its got a homey feel. All the waiters are nice, everyone seems to be in a great mood and wants to be there. The food has large portions including the sushi, they dont skimp. My wife have been going here for 4 years. This has been our pick for anniversaries and birthdays. We love it.
