Michelle V.Charlottesville, VA554516Jun 2, 2020Updated reviewUpdate. Well the manager reached out to me on 5/27 and asked me to send copies of my receipt to him so he could investigate. So I did. He called and personally spoke with me on 5/30. Said a manager should have been called, that he was actually in the store that day. I asked for a manager and told him so- that some lady "manager" came over and gave me the same song and dance. To the ACTUAL managers credit, HE made it right. Thank you.
I'm still never shopping at KOHLS again.

Oh no 0May 22, 2020Previous reviewI hate shopping at kohl's. Don't know why I went this time other than I needed bras. I spent a total of $202.18 on bras. I used a GC which had $20.44 on it and put the rest on my debit card, $181.74. I needed to return 2 bras because they didn't fit. So instead of crediting me the $63.18 back to my debit card I end up with a freaking store credit. WHY in the world would I get a store credit when the majority went on my debit card. Yes I had my receipt! I'm so irritated. Their answer- sorry that's just how our system works!

Went shopping at Kohl's in Culpepper and they didn't have much of a selection When it comes to dress clothes. I asked if they gave military discounts and she said only on Mondays. Wtf. I told them so I am only in the military on Mondays. Gee what about the 364 days left in the year. I will never shop Khols again..

One someone showed up it was only two seconds spent telling me they didn't have what I was looking for. I found it after they associate walked away. I won't shop here again.

Jodie C.Warrenton, VA177813391Jan 10, 2016So I do like Kohl's very much. Sometimes I think their sale prices should be their daily prices but I do like their styles. This one is just as big as the one in Manassas and in Gainesville. Clean. Organized. Lines are shorter at this location though.

The employees of this Kohls are amazing. They are so kind and very helpful! Prefect place to do my shopping. Kohls Cash is confusing to me. But other than that I love the Kohls in Culpeper.
