Kohler Signature Store

Joe at the McKinney location is excellent! He is very friendly and chatty. We are renovating our 2,000 sqft home, and needed all new plumbing fixtures. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He is great with e-mail communication, sending our quotes, receipts, etc. When I found out that the bathroom sinks we purchased were too big for our vanity (my fault), Joe was on top of it to find and exchange smaller sinks that would fit. He made the difficult situation feel easy. I appreciate his courtesy, and recommend him if you are needing plumbing fixtures!

We decided to upgrade and renovate our master bath so we went to this store for new sinks and faucets. Joe and Hector were very helpful and spent a lot of time with us to make sure that we got the sinks and faucets that were perfect for our needs. We are very happy with the choices and the entire experience. BTW, after we made our purchase the wife checked the prices we paid with the prices on Amazon and they were the same. So, we feel as if we not only got excellent service but also a good price. I would recommend this store for sure.

It was a fairly good experience at first, except they do not keep appointments to do measurements and other consulting in your home after they set a date and take a fee.

While they may say they have a good excuse and tried to reschedule - no attempt to subsitute another "Designer" was made.

One positive the refund of the fee was made timely.

We love the Kohler brand and are willing to pay the premium for their exceptional products. So glad we were able to connect with Doug Cross here at this store.

Doug helped us narrow down exactly what we needed for our current project, and helped us identify ideas for our next.

I just purchased a home whit a Kohler touchless toilet. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE PIECE OF JUNK. When it is working (which is about 1/3 of the time), it runs through batteries at a very expensive pace. You end up having to take the lid off the back of the toilet and reach in to pull up the chain ... the exact opposite experience that a touchless toilet is supposed to deliver.

To add insult onto injury, when I wrote a similar Google review, Kohler sent me an email with a message to address the situation. The link went to an error site. So even their customer service and technology is junk.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Poor communication regarding delivery/shipment of items I purchased months ago. Still haven't received many times.

I worked with Barbara and she was awesome! Originally I had ordered many of my Kohler fixtures for my master bathroom through build.com, but several were running late, out of stock and one shipment actually went missing! While in the middle of my renovation, two times I reached out to Barbara and she was able to help me secure the parts that I needed and in a super fast manor so I didn't lose anytime during the renovation. Next time I have a project I am going to go straight to her and order everything from her directly! I highly recommend Kohler products and working with Barbara!

The Kohler store is full of the latest and greatest toilets, sinks, faucets, fixtures, shower systems, tubs, lighting, countertops, and cabinetry. The showroom design team and management is amazing and thorough. This store is a one stop shop for kitchen and bathroom needs.

This place is great. The showroom is a little small, but the employees are terrific. I got help from Joe Stanford, he's really nice and willing to help. I bought a Kohler toilet from here, but unfortunately it was the wrong size. I had to return it and Joe made the return painless. But I will definitely use Kohler in the future.
