Klaben does it again! After a month of going to several dealerships and doing my research, I went back to Klaben with the best offer I had received from another dealership and they beat it.
I was interested in buying a 2018 Ram 1500 Sport. Justin my salesman, who had also helped me when I purchased a 2017 Pacifica back in September, was super patient and helpful and did everything he could to get me the amount I wanted for my trade and to sell me the new truck for the price I wanted to pay. They even gave me an additional $500 rebate on top of the other rebates I qualified for.
I must also mention that when I arrived at the Klaben, the truck was parked and ready to be viewed and it was super clean, inside and out, unlike some of the other dealerships, whose vehicles were dirty, inside and out. I can't overstate how important it is for the dealership to bring out the vehicle and it be clean. It really helps to make a decision on whether or not to purchase the vehicle.
A special shout out to Kim in finance. She was my finance person for the Pacifica and for the new truck. She's amazing. Just a really nice person
and a pleasure to deal with.

I had been to several dealerships (including Falls Motor City in Cuyahoga Falls -- an awful, 1-star dealership in every respect) and decided to visit Klaben after speaking on the phone with one of the salesmen, Greg Aster. I had had some experience dealing with Klaben's service department, which is fantastic, so I thought, why not see if I could get get a great deal on a new vehicle.
Prior to visiting Klaben, I had also been to Fred Martin, which is a decent dealership, but they made me an offer on a new Pacifica and an offer on my trade and I just felt I could do better. Klaben had the same exact vehicle so I went there hoping for a better deal. I sat down with Greg and with the manager (I think his name is Jeff) and everything was finished in 20 minutes. They gave me a great deal on the new one and on the trade, and I don't think there's every been a time I purchased a vehicle and felt better about the deal I got or the entire experience. The whole thing was smooth as silk. And mad props to Greg, who was super easy to deal with and really went out of his way for me. We also had some great conversations about Dodge muscle cars and other cars as well since Greg and I are into all of that. I go to a lot of cruise ins and car shows and I'm always happy to speak with someone who shares an interest in old and new cars. Greg's also an expert poker player, and he had some great stories about that as well.
I also have to mention the finance manager, Kim, who is an amazingly nice lady; she made that part of the experience a very easy one. She explains everything clearly, and she doesn't pressure you into buying extended warranties or any other add-ons. She just explains all of it and lets you decide. Of all the finance managers I've dealt with, she was definitely the best.
Lastly, I should mention that I arrived at Klaben at 4pm and this went well past their 6pm closing time on Fridays and everyone stayed to get this done without any complaint whatsoever. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle and I'm sure the next time I plan to buy a new vehicle, I'll be going back to Klaben. There's nothing wrong with visiting several dealerships to try to get the best deal you can, but whatever deals you get from the other dealerships, go to Klaben and give them a chance to give you a better deal. And make sure to ask for Greg Aster. You'll definitely be treated right.

I needed a new pick up. But could not find one that I wanted. I contacted John Rebeck at Klaben Chrysler. Whiten a weeks time he called me and had found the perfect truck , Amazing however he did it and was really surprised at the great price and good trade in price for my old vehicle

Best stress/ hassle free car buying experience EVER. I worked with Jeff via text/phone and email. Worked out the deal, trade in value and specifics. Set an appointment to come in and had the pleasure of working with Don (Jeff was off). Don expedited the process by being prepaired, I walked in, sat down, finalized the deal and was on my way. the majority of my time with Don was him being sure I was informed on ALL of the features of my new Jeep Wrangler (including a quick session on how to do the Wrangler wave to other Wrangler drivers). I can't thank Jeff and Don enough! You took something that is typically a dreaded experience and made it pleasant! If you need and or want a Jeep RUN to Klaben! Cool side note the owner was there when I was purchasing and I was told that he is still part of the everyday business!!! No wonder Jeff and Don have been around for 30+ years!

Waited for 4 hours for an oil change. Decided to give them another chance but same problem again. Purposely scheduled for the first appointment of the day and still had to wait over 4 hours.

I don't love Falls, but I don't even like Klaben. I am looking to purchase a new Ram and I wanted to give somewhere else a try before defaulting to Falls CJDR but my first time at Klaben with John Coco was decent so I returned and met another salesman and I immediately felt like he did not care. I was shopping around the whole day and two locations offered the test drive incentive. The first location immediately provided a thank you email and a code for the incentive. Klaben hasn't and its been over a week. I am looking to buy a 40,000 Truck, I need you to give a hoot I exist and work with me. So I went to another Ram dealership and I was convinced that I need a new car. The best Klaben gave me was 'you work, spend your money' -- not very assuring and I had a bunch of questions and I got brief responses and while I was looking at the 2019 models to have money, I later learn the benefit of buying the 2020 model and got a great salesman at another dealership who sold me on a new Longhorn. I felt pressured and unappreciated so I will not recommend this place.

I scheduled my Dodge Ram in for service because my cruise control wasn't working properly. While discussing my vehicle with the service writer, I had mentioned a few other small issues that I they assured me could be addressed. After having the vehicle a week, none of the small issues had been addressed, the fluid change that they had mentioned doing was not done, and they gave me a quote to fix the vehicle for around 2000.00 dollars. I went out to retrieve my vehicle, and was charged a diagnostic fee, and nothing that we had discussed was ever done. So very disappointed. I don't think that I will be in any hurry to go back. Update: I took my truck to Jim and Sons Transmission, and had the repair done for less than 400.00 dollars. Pretty sad when the people that specialize can't find and fix the problem, and an outside vendor completes the repair for less than a fifth of my initial estimate . Update::::: Mike Van Hoose got involved, and made everything right. Thanks so much for stepping up and doing right by me. You have renewed my faith in your dealership.

They service my '15 Wrangler. Did a good good aligning it and balancing the tires recently. The air filter was supposed to be replaced and the technician forgot to do it. I got a phone call with an apology after I picked it up. I appreciate that level of open honesty with them telling me and correcting the situation. I understand mistakes happen and I'm glad they didn't just say "screw it" because I likely would have never known the difference if it had been changed or not.
