Incredibly helpful and kind people. I had an error code on my vehicle that they read for no charge, which they didn't have to do. It's the rare business that is run by nice people who also know what they're doing!

This is a family business that takes pride in their customer service. They are honest, highly skilled and knowledgeable and provide great customer service at a reasonable cost. They have been our trusted mechanic for years-look forward to continuing to do business locally!

Kingsbury automotive is an excellent place to go for honesty, integrity, and knowledge! It was awesome to find them as a family owned business as well!

I thought it was an alternator issue, turns out I just needed a new battery. I had called and been dealing with AAA all weekend, they said my battery was fine (it was one of theirs, under warrantee, liars! Wasted my day all day Sunday).

They fit me in immediately on a Monday am, very kind and helpful, quick and attentive.

10/10 would return for service here.

Absolutely amazing auto repair service! We had a broken trunk and needed to drive hours to get home that day. In desperation, we called Kingsbury Automotive to see if they could help us and they kindly offered to take a look. They were able to fix it up and did it FREE OF CHARGE. The workers there were so nice and I am so so grateful for their help. They definitely seemed to know what they were doing. Would highly recommend going for any of your auto needs!

The staff here are incredibly nice and helpful. My group popped our tire and had to turn in near this shop to switch to our spare. We tried doing it ourselves but after the snow messed up our Jack, Shaun was nice enough to come out and help. He is both knowledgeable and quick. He helped us get back on the road faster than we would've ourselves. He certainly didn't have to help us but he took some time from his busy day to lend us a hand. If you have any auto troubles, this place is extremely reliable and the staff are some of the nicest people you'll meet

Was up in Tahoe and my truck battery finally died after 7 years. I searched for local automotive places and came across Kingsbury. I called them and the lady who helped me out on the phone was very friendly. I was able to get my battery replaced right when I got there. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. First time and will be there for future services. Thank you Kingsbury!

My friends and I got a flat tire as we were leaving to head home from vacation, with none of us having any experience changing a tire, Shaun was a lifesaver. We turned in near this shop and tried our best to change to our spare on our own but when our jack slipped and broke we thought we would be stuck for several more hours. Thankfully the staff at Kingsbury could not have been more nice and accommodating despite their busy schedule and lended a hand. We even got a nice lesson on how to safely change a tire which we are greatly appreciated. Thank you so much again!

I had a check engine light come on while on vacation, and needed to make sure the car would get me home.

Elise told me on the phone that they wouldn't have had time to do any of the repairs because they had other vehicles to finish, but would run codes for me, so I would know what the problem was at least. Totally nice of her and Kingsbury Automotive to do that for me. Being on vacation makes a situation like that so much more stressful then it needs to be. They could have passed me along. I appreciated that they fit in.

She confirmed that it was nothing serious and the car should get me home no problem. If I ever have car issues when I come back, this is the place I will take it. Based on their other reviews i'm pretty sure they are great at what they do as well.
