King's Pizzeria & Restaurant

Mr. Ismet seems like the owner and he was very nice and accommodating. I say that because we came on a Saturday around noon, which is really not a busy time for them and they are mostly doing take out pizza. I came with 25 guests and they were shocked, with only skeleton staff, but was super nice and set up for us anyway. During service, very attentive to our needs even though there were other tables of patrons and they were short on staff.

We ordered a few pies including the Grandma's Square Pie, and a pie with sausage and a regular pie. Their pizza is of the thinner crust type but not thin crust pizza. I quite like it and their sauce was very good. We ordered some pastas as well. But my rating is only for their pizza. If you want decent pizza in this area, this is the place to go. Their pizza was not soggy, nice and crispy and ingredients were fresh.

Have know of this place for years. My family used to order from here all the time but it surly went downhill. The pizza was dripping in grease where u could drink the oil. The bottom of the pizza has been completely black which means they do not clean their ovens. Their rolls are the worst the dough is completely raw. You can still stretch it when you open it. There is also so much garlic in them it is absolutely terrible. Ordered here tonight and there was so much garlic in only one piece of my broccoli roll I had to throw it out.

We were invited here for dinner by a friend who lives close by and swears by this place. First thing I noticed once we were seated that it was cold in the restaurant and we were sitting as far from the front door as possible. Our waiter took our order brought us some water and a basket of bread. The bread was warm and quite good. Little did I know the bread would be the highlight of our meal. I ordered calamari marinara over linguine, my wife ordered the chicken Marsala with a side salad. She would share my pasta with me. My friend had the veal parm which he said was his favorite thing to eat there and his wife also had the chicken Marsala. Before my friend was brought out his veal parm they mistakenly brought him a veal Marsala. Once he informed our server of the mistake his veal arrived in a very short time. My friend had never tried the calamari so I gave him some to taste he liked it as did I. It was cooked properly and was tender. He offered me a taste of his veal, it failed my veal test, I could not cut it with my fork. Once I cut off a piece and tasted it I then knew why it failed the fork test, it was not the best cut of veal I ever tried, it was not tender at all and slightly overcooked. I was able to cut my wife's chicken with my fork. My pasta was properly cooked al dente. My friend had also raved about their sauce, I thought it was nothing to write home about as it lacked flavor and could have used more seasoning, my wife also agreed. My friend is of Italian descent and if he thinks this is good then I have a few places I can turn him on to that are far better than King's. If you go to King's be prepared to season your food. A little salt and pepper would help.

Needed to update my review from a few years ago. I no longer always go here. The last time I went here, I had the salmon dinner. I always look at everything before I eat, because I've seen some pretty gross things before. So when cutting the salmon, I saw a bright pink center, raw as could be. Sent it back to be cooked again. Got it back, salmon is now a light pink as it should be, but this time, it had a nice curly hair in it and a piece of razor sharp plastic. Sent it back and didn't eat anything else. Never went back again since.

Not impressed.... Ordered online. Picked up my order. Pizza and calamari was cold and seamed like was just warmed up and put in a box. Also, didnt recieve the $11 pie that was offered for a Monday special.

Was my favorite then went down hill very saggy dough has strange rusty and dirt from the oven ...sad place

This place is our go to when we don't feel up to cooking and want something good but relatively fast. We've had lunch specials (which were super good deals) and we've had their pizza which is better than most.

If you like vodka pie you will really like this place

Better choices out there. Customer service is horrible. I'm in this industry 16 years and couldn't believe the inept response to an incorrect order.
My wife orders delivery about once a week but today I picked up and had an experience that cost them a customer.

Ordered a pie with extra cheese for delivery. It came looking like this. The pie was cold, scattered and unevenly cut slices. I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again.
