Great service and extremely accommodating especially for a last minute booking. Manager was also extremely helpful when I needed help with a carpet patching. Highly recommend! !

I love the ease of booking online rather than calling to schedule. I also love that they offer different packages, add-ons etc and the best part there is NO CONTRACT for recurring services. You can stop and start when and how you choose. They send reminders also.

Taylor did an awesome job and she texted/called me throughout the process just to ensure it was done to my specifications. She was amazing and professional!

I'm generally pleased with King of Maids. First, the company is responsive to messages and inquiries on yelp. Second, the online booking is a breeze. I love that they have a flat rate with pricing and offer additional services (some free-like green cleaning, and some for an upcharge-oven cleaning etc).

Susan was my cleaner today. She was very thorough in our home which I appreciated ahead of a visit from my mother-in-law. There were some mild annoyances typical of any cleaner like the need to put things back in their proper place and dust items in harder to reach places. However, Susan worked miracles on my bathroom counter and bathtub.

We live in a 70 year old apartment building with tons of character. That also requires speciality cleaning products and care that may not be typical in other places. Susan made sure to bring cleaner specifically for hardwood floors. Plus she saved my bathroom counter which I ruined by deciding that I could totally color my hair at home- I cannot.

I searched multiple competitors and King of Maids was the best price, before setting up recurring cleanings. I'm glad that such a quality cleaner comes at a reasonable rate. I'm docking one star only because the cleaning took a bit longer than expected and I had to touch up a few additional areas.

Susan was super friendly! I love how thoroughly she cleaned our home. I was so impressed with how she got out a lot of stains, especially in our bathrooms. I appreciated her expertise and she even gave me some cleaning tips! I will definitely be booking with her again soon.

Taylor came by to clean my apartment after I moved out...she did a fantastic job! It would have taken me 5 hours to do a good deep cleaning but she got the place cleaned up and in "move out ready" condition in 2 hours!

I SO wanted to try this service, so my review is really on the customer service in trying to book this company. I have a 3 bedroom home but only wanted 1 bedroom cleaned. Now I know that a 3 bedroom implies a big home, and I wish that were true, but it's not at all. Annalena was the person I spoke with, and she said she was a manager, and when I asked why I was being charged an extra $30 just for the maid to essentially walk by the doors, she gave me a scripted managerial answer about the footage of the house. And I guess I should have expected that, fine, but even after I said nevermind and that I could find another company she continued to email me with an attitude and telling me how she felt and having to have the last word (email), as if we were in high school or something.

I would have tipped fat and signed up for a monthly service, so it's the maid(s) that miss out on the company/management not being able to negotiate a better price when not all rooms are cleaned.

Not great, a bit disappointing after I had read such good reviews. While they are nice and professional they wipe over surfaces and don't actually "Clean"

I had scheduled a cleaning at the beginning of December for my house to be cleaned today before my family arrived for Christmas. I was patiently waiting, giving them the full hour past their scheduled arrival time (as encouraged by the booking confirmation email). After another 15 minutes I decided to call to get an ETA. Apparently the manager (who had already left), had cancelled the appointment after I scheduled it without giving me any warning. I'm a little beyond frustrated. While the person I spoke with was very friendly and tried to be helpful, I am not happy since I have really been counting on this. They have totally screwed me over. The "50% off" she was nice enough to offer me for a cleaning AFTER the holidays is a little too late.

Susan came to my house on Friday and was great. Very professional. I live in a confusing apartment building and she was able to find my apartment. House was insanely clean and well organized after she left. I would highly recommend her.
