Visited with Classpass and Amanda was my instructor. I've taken Gyrotonic Tower class elsewhere but something about this place felt better.
It was definitely cleaner than most Pilates studio I've been to, and because it was only a 5 people class the teacher gave excellent instruction and tips. Definitely one of my favorite when it comes to back-stretching class!

I bought a Groupon special for a private Pilates or Gyrotonics session and chose to do Gyrotonics after a particularly memorable introduction to the practice during a holiday in Hawaii!
As it turns out, it wasn't just the mini Mai Tais and good-looking teacher that made me love Gyrotonics, I genuinely love it! Even on a freezing New York day!
The Kinespirit studio is fabulous and I can't rave enough about the teacher I had - Jen B. - who was helpful, engaging and made the hour-session really enjoyable. The practice makes you feel lighter and stronger at the same time and I found it more interesting than doing pilates or yoga. Will definitely be back for more sessions!

Emily is an excellent instructor-- I particularly enjoy her focus on understanding the movements, starting slowly, and maintaining proper form. Keep an open mind, and gyrotonic can really work wonders.
I especially recommend for those who sit at a computer all day

This is one of the only affordable pilates studios that I found in NYC with STOTT certified instructors. The reformer classes are small, they pay attention to detail and the workouts are challenging. I've had some prior injuries so I'm super picky about where I go. This place is great!
