Kinderdance Of The Tri-Valley

My daughter took the toddler class and loved it. It was her first dance experience. It's not just a ballerina class... They do a little bit of tap, gymnastics, they use Pom poms like cheer leaders and they act out different animals.. It's really cute! I like how they are introduced to different types of dance.
Tanya and Terry are amazing instructors. I like how they get the whole class involved and excited for dance. It's not easy working with toddlers but they are patient and they do a great job.
There's an end of the year performance which is the cutest thing ever. My daughter loved the whole experience!

We love coming here - it's always clean, bright, and friendly. Miss Terrie is a fantastic teacher and a perfect fit for pre-k kiddos. Miss Laurie is also fantastic as you can tell she has a dancing background.
My daughter has learned so much and developing a good foundation in both ballet and tap. The curriculum makes it a supportive and encouraging environment for kids to simply find joy in dancing.
Highly recommended for those who do not want to pay $$$ for costumes and hours of stage rehearsals where kids only perform for 5 minutes.

I can only echo the other stellar reviews of Ms. Terrie and Kinderdance. My older daughter just completed her first year here and you couldn't ask for a better program - noncompetitive, structured in a way that meets the developmental needs and capabilities of kids, and fun.

And I could never say enough positive things about Ms. Terrie. She's an amazing teacher, she's patient, she's kind, she's fun and funny, she engages the kids. She remembers the little things ("did your tooth fall out yet?") that show the kids that they're important to her and I'm so glad that my girls have her as a positive roll model of a strong, kind, professional woman. My girls loved her when she taught Movement at their preschool, they love her at her studio.

Looking forward to summer classes and beyond. :-)

I was excited to try the classes at this studio because of the very positive reviews but was left very disappointed. I did not feel that the teachers were very skilled at working with very young children. I could see how they might be good with older kids but not with nervous or shy, little ones. Even my older daughter who has danced in another studio asked to not return to Kinderdance. She said that they change activities so quickly that she never felt that she got to learn them well. I was surprised by her insight because I felt the same way but didn't say anything to her because I didn't want to alter her experience in any way. Just be cautious of all the rave reviews.

My daughter has been with Kinderdance for a year and she absolutely loves it. Miss Terrie is wonderful with kids and makes them love dance even more. I like how the program incorporates ballet, gymnastics and tap. The songs are fun to dance and the techniques are well incorporated into the songs.

Kinderdance came to my daughter's school once a week, and she absolutely loved it. It was the highlight of her week every week. The end of year performance was adorable.

Their on-site program at preschools is so convenient! We just attended the end-of-the-year recital at their regular center and watched our little one dancing for the first time. So well-organized and attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you for your great work with children!

Teacher Terri and Lauren are very kind. Kids are very happy learning here. My daughter got a surprising birthday card on her birthday week. How thoughtful and sweet they are!
