And now we offer all of our classes online. While not wasting a single minute, we can modify the workout on-the-fly to cater to men and women, beginners and experts, all age levels, and even people with an injury history. Some of their workouts are more cardio-based and some are more strength-focused, but all will get your heart racing, your body sweating, and your muscles burning. In addition to using your own body movements, they incorporate barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, jump ropes, medicine balls, sleds, tires, battle ropes, plyoboxes, hurdles, and much more.       Depends when you go- if you do the weekend or early morning classes you can get the free parking right in front. It's meter parking pretty much everywhere around there. But it's totally worth it!

      I originally purchased an unlimited 1 month Groupon for here and I am so glad that I did! I went almost every day and definitely noticed & felt a difference. I've tried several different gyms/studios in the city and Kick is by far one of the best.

      The workouts here are AMAZING! It's 55 minutes of non-stop intense cardio & strength training. You will be doing lots of squats, burpees, star jumps, lunges, mountain climbers, etc as well as exercises with weighted bars & dumbbells. The staff/instructors are awesome and very friendly. They really push you to the limit and challenge you in new ways. I really love how they are constantly changing up the routine making every class fun and exciting. My favorites are the bike and burn and lower body burn bootcamp!

      I highly recommend trying any one of the class, you won't be disappointed.

      Kick@55 Obstacle Course was a very intense 55-min class and I was definitely slacking toward the end of the class lol I started working out since Feb. 2017 and have lost about 30 lbs; however, I've reach a weight loss plateau... Kick@55 gave me a good workout last Sunday as evident by the soreness in my thighs, abs, and arms.

      While reading other Yelp reviews, I just noticed that they also offer nutrition counseling, which might be another problem I am facing - I watch how much calories I am eating everyday, but may not get all the nutrition I need. Maybe it's time to change my workout routine and find a more effective way to loss weight.

      Kick is RIGHT! This workout kicked my BUTT!

      55 MINUTES of non stop motion. Sweating, squatting, burpie-ing, lunging.... Legs were sore for days.

      If I was local, I'd be super for because this workout was fun and even though hard, it was over before I knew it!

      Thanks Kick@55 for kicking it up a notch!

      Ok so I barely made it through my first class but WOW! That was 55 minutes of hell and I loved it! I think it's really great they offer a free class before you sign up because I'm SOLD! High energy great instructor. Yes I almost puked but I know i will get better and I will get stronger! The instructor did come and fix my stance a few times and that was very helpful.

      The workouts here are good. They're tough and worth the money. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because lately their classes have been unreasonably crowded. The last 2 classes I've taken there have people on top of each other to a point that you're constantly trying to not hit someone else. Kick@55 has been running a groupon promotion lately that is giving them way more attendees. These attendees still have to sign up online, so their sign up system can / should be adjusted to lower the capacity for the boot camp classes. Between their normal members, Groupon attendees, and ClassPass, they're getting a lot of demand and they're trying to pack in far too many people in a class. I have several friends that go there regularly and all have complained about the same thing.

      Additionally, one other common complaint is that the instructors do not walk around and fix your stance during weight lifting portion of the class. Since there are also no mirrors in the boot camp room, participants don't have a way to check if their posture is correct. This, coupled with the fact that the instructors don't adjust your stance, can cause injury.

      I love working out here! It's a tough 55 minute workout with no scheduled breaks. 55 mins seems like a long time but it surprisingly goes by quickly. The workout is varied enough to keep it interesting. All the instructors have been motivating and attentive with proper form. Tracy and Rebecca, although some of the toughest instructors, crack me up during class!

      They're very accommodating to first time people, and encourage you take breaks and modify if you're a beginner. No reason to be intimidated if it's your first time. There's also modifications if you're more advanced to make it more challenging. The workout never becomes easy!

      Classes are pretty affordable through classpass but they also have class packs for purchase as well.

      I love working out at the River North location. The reason I signed up was because the gym is extremely close to my job. I often sign up for classes during the lunch hour.

      The staff/instructors are super helpful and very accommodating!

      I'm a classpass member and couldn't be more thrilled that this studio is apart of my rotations. I join almost every Wednesday to the Total Body Obstacle Course (3x max per classpass cycle) and absolutely love Rebecca. She is inspiring, cares about you, makes sure you are advancing from week to week and wants you to be your best self. Do not get me wrong tho, she will push you until everything shakes which is what has me addicted and returning every week. I feel so accomplished, fit and happy for days after the workout.

      I highly recommend Kick@55! There is not a bad teacher there so just pick a class and get ready to sweat!

      Was in Chicago for the weekend and found this place near my hotel. Did a class Saturday and Sunday. Studio is clean, adequately spacious. Small towels available.

      Workouts were tough and unique! They were comprehensive full body workouts. I must say I'm glad we didn't do much dedicated ab workouts as I definitely prefer the total body movements rather than crunches etc.
