KFC

I go to Wendy's almost everyday for lunch and every time I get a smile a Great Customer Service. today Evan was at the first window and he greeted me w a smile and wished me a great day! I guarantee no other drive thru would do that.

Looks like a recent review is needed. I ordered on the app and looked at the online exclusives. It's either two wraps or a 6 piece meal with 4 large sides, and 4 biscuits $22.99. Nothing in between size wise. I end up ordering a 3 piece box combo with 2 small sides a soda and a biscuit $14.99. Outside this issue, the food and friendly staff were spot on. Fresh chicken and sides were delicious. Yes it's KFC so you know you're getting fake potatoes and coleslaw without seasoning. I always add salt pepper and celery seed to the coleslaw. I would give this a five star but they need more options for online orders and the weird price gap between these meals. $8? Hmmmmmm.

Showed up at 8 pm for dinner and asked for a four piece combo leg and thigh. All good except they don't have any LEG! Same stuff here over and over -- INEPTITUDE all the way . Goodbye forever.

I like KFC. Forget Popeye's or Church's, give me the Colonel every time. Except this time.

I have tried this store at least once a year for the seven years I have lived here in Ramona. I keep hoping that it will have changed; that they will have figured it out. They have not.

The drive thru is slow. The food is sub-par. The prices are out of line. We have seen gross things in the lobby and the management didn't seem to care.

K -Keep on driving, don't stop here.
F -Find another place. There is a KFC in Poway, in Lakeside, and Escondido. They are all better. (I have other F words, but I should not type them in the review)
C -Col. Sanders would roll over in his grave if he knew this place wore his mantle.

I went through the drive through for what was supposed to be a good experience with some KFC for dinner, I ordered my meal and a couple sides. When I got home to dig into my meal I found that the Sierra Mist that I had ordered had no flavor to it at all. I called the restaurant to ask if I could be reimbursed for the drink or have the issue resolved by coming back for another drink but the manager was very rude and acted like my suggestion was outrageous. I'm only putting two stars due to how friendly the guy at the window was.

Love KFC wait in drive through long but it was worth it. Food was hot and fresh . The STAFF was helpful. Thank you kfc

30 bucks for a sub par 8 piece dinner. What has happened to kfc? Would not recommend to anyone.

They forgot all of our sides. We had come from lakeside and stopped in there. Went back to lakeside opened the bag and no sides. They also had were out of slaw. Called them, The guy on the phone which I think was the young male manager,
Said to me that we could come back and he would hook us up with extra sides and chicken. So I drive all the way back starving, and I filled my soda up, and the manager was like thinking that I reached over the counter and grabbed a cup, after I had already introduced who I was and why I was there. I had to spell it out that this was the cup for my order that you screwed up. Anyway long story short the guy was a total jerk, and gave me all this grief even though they were the ones who screwed up. When I got home there was no chicken only extra sides. Will never return for a long long time, I'll try it again later one day when it's not the same Staff. Need to hire people friendly staff with brains.

The worst KFC I've every I have ever eat at... Not only have I came several times every time there's a mix up or something wrong with the order also the staff is nice and they correct order the next day..... It happens every single time I gave a to because the staff always took care my problems I live 3 stars off because I should have no problems in the 1st place

It might be helpful to hire/staff people who can speak and understand English. It was very difficult to communicate with Bonita and we think she overcharged us for 2 sandwiches. No receipt so we couldn't confirm and knew it would take too long to drive back through to explain the issue. Not great
