KFC

I absolutely love kfc and have been eating it all my life. But this kfc in Oneida is absolutely the worst I have ever tasted! Got an 8 piece meal and the chicken was horrible! I don't know what they cooked it in but it left a lardy grease coating in my mouth like it was cooked in vaseline! Terrible!!

Never got a single order correct and always out of a lot of items. Food was always cold

The manager, " Candie" per her name tag, is absolutely awful and needs to attend some intensive customer service training. So far during our visit, I have witnessed her berating an elderly male customer and tell him that it was his fault that his order was incorrect because he didn't "speak up" when it was read back to him. She is also instructing customers to "listen up" for their orders because she wasn't going to "keep calling them." We ordered the 10 piece meal and when I had the audacity to request plates, she literally rolled her eyes at me and placed two paper plates on the counter.
The chicken was awful. It was cold and tasted unseasoned. The pieces were incredibly tiny as seen in the pics.
I get everyone is struggling right now to find good workers, but someone needs to step into this restaurant and save it before it goes out of business. Extremely poor management + awful food = I will find somewhere else to spend my money.

We are from Louisville, KY and when we return to our home town we always make a stop here. They do the old colonel proud.

We never have encountered bad service and have always been accommodated very nicely. They have the best selection of country food on their buffet of any place we have ever been. It's like having KFC's chicken with an awesome selection of country vegetables and home-cooked food.

I would put their sides up against the Claudia Sanders dinner house. For those who are not in the know that is the old homestead of Colonel Sanders. It is located in Shelbyville Kentucky and serves their fancier Fried chicken recipe and famous home cook sides.

I would never normally say or KFC would be a destination place but when you crave home cooked food that you just can't get in the big city this one is a pleasant surprise. And rating the other local review I'm scratching my head thinking that you guys do not know what a special place you have there in Oneida Tennessee.

If I could put zero stars on here I would.when you give a place chance after chance to prove you wrong about the food tasting bad,being thrown in the box,etc etc and they never come through for you? Finally you just have to write them off and say,you know what? This place just stinks.its overpriced,and a lot of the people there act like they aren't happy and it reflects on the most important aspect of the establishment.the food.
