Worst KFC I have ever gotten chicken at a drive-thru. Ordered 5 piece chicken tender combo meal there was only 4 pieces and they were smaller then the chicken fries served at Burger King, asked for fries and got mashed potatoes. I didn't eat them and also asked for Cole slaw and got mac & cheese which I don't eat. Paid $13.99 for 4 pieces of chicken which were eaten in 4 bites, mashed potatoes that I didn't order because I don't eat instant mashed potatoes, mac & cheese I didn't order because I don't do cheese and one drink which didn't have any ice. Over all, I have to give at least one, star other wise I wouldn't have given any stars.

Made a fresh meal and explained it would take five minutes. They offered us a free drink while we wait.

Avoid at all costs. Very rude and incompetent staff. Called and complained and general manager was just as rude and incompetent . Suggested that I was a liar since his daughter is a manager and none of that would ever happen.

Don't ever go to this kfc. The service is very bad and the workers is so rude. The workers are so slow I had to wait 40 min for my 4 piece chicken and one sandwich I do not recommend this place

Ordered an 8 piece bucket and when we got home and opened it there were 6 pieces. Don't go there, or if you just, count your chicken before you leave the drive through. Not going back.

Extremely rude staff! Guy told get the f out when i asked him my food was ready. Rather get starved than waste your money on this very poor serviced location

Been waiting for 45 minutes for an order placed online!! Employees were all going out the back door to smoke. And forgetful as hell. I will never go back to this place. Couldn't get a refund, have to go online to customer service. It was paid for online.

Where to start with this one...
Under staffed was the first thing that was noticed. Add in a long wait time for the food, a trash can opened with the trash not changed and politics on the TV, and this place is not going to be one I come back to. If I want fried chicken again, I'll go to the Popeyes in the area or another place that serves it.

If I could give a zero STAR I would. I ordered a 12 piece hot wings and am so disappointed when I bit into the wings they were old and dried out. I used to order from this location years ago and never had this problem. I paid 14.99 for hard dried out wings that tasted old. What a waste of time, money and gas. will not be returning!

Oh if only the owners would monitor the staff inside and outside of the restaurant by camera, it's a thing these days you know?. It's a total free for all horrible service always out of some menu item and completely unprofessional. Last time chicken was dried out, no Nashville sauce and charged the wrong amount
