Key Colony Point

The building is great. Very clean and the staff is very sweet and willing to make sure everything in the condo/townhome is perfect. The pool is clean and full of chairs and umbrellas to use. There is a pier that is GREAT to fish off of and fully equipped with a hose, cutting board and pole holders. The only thing is I wish was that the pool was more of a relaxing place to hang out. There was a group of people that were loud and obnoxious. They seem to come to these condos every year and we're playing loud music and talking so loudly I could not hear myself think. This would be a great place if you are wanting to socialize and are a social butterfly. For someone that is coming out of working 80 hour weeks and wants to relax and enjoy a clam vacation these rentals may not be the place.

My wife and I spent a week at KCP with our friends. This place is fabulous! Very spacious, well decorated, incredible views, and a very helpful staff. Highly recommended stay if you are in the Keys.

Our family (30 of us!) have been coming here for over a decade & have loved every minute of it! The grounds are beautiful & well-kept. The condos have great views & are very comfortable. Some of them are definitely more "retro" than others so be sure you look at photos of the individual units before you book if you care about such things. They're all owned by different individuals who allow us, as guests, to rent out their vacation homes so don't expect them to all look alike. ;) The pool is great, too! Key Colony Point is a great Florida Keys retreat; away from the Key West craziness (although that is fun, too).
