They were very rude and hung up on me and I told them I have a brain tumor. I called Hancock Insurance and they were so nice I went with them and understood exactly what we wanted.

After being with State Farm for over 25 years, I asked Kevin and Suzanne Bovaird to shop insurance agencies for my family. They found Pekin Insurance from Illinois had the best rates for us and we saved a substantial amount of money. The Bovaird Agency has the ability to shop different carriers and compare prices and benefits. The Bovaird Agency has a great staff and provide many services. This is a winning team for exceptional customer service. Give them a call.
