KFC

It hurt my feelings to give KFC ( ONE STAR ) This restaurant needs to be shut down. I have never seem such terrible management. Why do you have so many people standing around laughing and playing and doing nothing and the lobby is full ????? What is up with that. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

Terrible! Just went there at 7/5/21 9:35pm (this is for upper management). I asked for a leg and a thigh with green beans and Mac and cheese and hot sauce with a hi-c to drink. For the drink I got a capri sun! Got mashed potatoes instead of Mac and cheese. And no hot sauce. Had to go back and ask for a hi-c and hot sauce. Didn't notice the mashed potatoes to got home. If I could give them negative stars I would. No telling what else they doing back there. Never going back.

Really bad service, no food ready at all and out of what they didn't have ready. Multiple occasions.

Every time we come some things In our order are wrong. Tonight we came and the mashed potatoes were less than 1/4 filled, forked buried under greasy chicken, wrong drink, and staff TOO BUSY TOO CARE BECAUSE THEY WERE HAVING A FUN LITTLE PARTY HOSTED BY THE MANAGER!
KFC are you aware that EVERY ONE Star review is really a ZERO. The fact is zero isn't an option, so people like me are FORCED INTO choosing one star. So KFC on Cedar Springs Road in Spartanburg SC your average review over FOUR years is

Wouldn't know if the food was good... Waited in the drive thru ten minutes and gave up. Very poor service!

I don't know why places, especially this one have problems getting simple orders right. I just ordered 3 of the 3 tenders fill up meals- 2 with wedges 1 with mac and cheese. When I get handed my food I had to remind the young lady of my drinks- was supposed to be 2 tea and 1 pepsi. I get 3 tea, so I had to correct her on that. Then I get home to discover 1 of the boxes of three was right. Both had wrong sides, and for some reason one had an extra popcorn chicken order and only 2 wedges. This isn't rocket science. People need to be more concerned with their job and less about goofing off with coworkers.

Literally, the WORST service at a KFC I've ever had. At the drive through we had to place our order twice because they were not paying attention. Then they got our drinks wrong 3 times. Also left our potato wedges (2 orders) out, when called to enquire about this, we were hung up on. Literally would've rather paid $12 to punch one of them.

They served me undercooked chicken that was pink. I'm so glad I didn't feed it to my child. DISGUSTING. If -10000 stars were possible they would receive that.

Horrible, I walked in and there was no greeting and the only person behind the counter was the assistant manager and she was on her cell phone. I waited right at the register for five minutes, then she got off her phone and came over, so I walked out.

Chicken was overcooked, biscuits dry and about the size of a quarter. Service was slow and curt. Female working the cash register was selectively friendly.
