Car was quoted 2 weeks and it took double the amount of time to be done... communication was terrible if I found anything out about updates it was from calling 4-5 times in a row till someone answered my call! Went to pick up when i got informed by calling that it was done, only part of the damage was fixed!?!? They tried to pull a fast one to get me to sign and pay before even checking the car. Also tried to blame the insurance but it was just negligence on their part. Car looked fine in the end but not worth all the trouble and headache it caused. Do not recommend!

Very nice people, but they have had my car for over a month. they keep telling me a day it'll be done and then push it back a week.

My Jeep has been at the Richmond, KY location for over a month. I was told 2 weeks and it would be done. Never got a call after 2 weeks. I had to reach out. Got an excuse of they had workers out. But it would be out in a few days. Few days later I still did not receive a call. I called back. Well then they need to order a part. Wait another week. I called once again because no one kept me informed. Got anothet excuse that the part was in but now they have a painter out. I called again less than a week later this time. Still not finished. This was when I stopped counting how many times I was told my Jeep would be finished. This has been by far the worst experience with a business I have ever had. The insurance company has already paid them. So of course they are taking their time now. Never again will I take a vehicle here, recommend this Collison center to anyone AT ALL. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a company that has done nothing but lie. Your website says "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" you all are so full of it. You need a new slogan.
Still waiting for my Jeep and untelling how many excuses over a month later.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Philp I.Richmond, KY189Jul 15, 2016
Just picked up my 2015 Mazda MX5 that was rear ended when she "thought the light turned green". Honestly, I didnt think it would ever be the same. Bumper and tail lights were smashed, rear 1/4 panel dented beyond belief. Well, it's perfect!!!!! No bondo, just fantastic metal work (more on that below). These people are amazing!!
I thought that the 1/4 panel would have to be replaced, but Tim (mgr) explained that it would be "massaged" out from the inside until it would be near impossible to tell. I saw it a few days later when I had to get something out of the glovebox. The dents were gone, perfectly rounded, ready for final smoothing! (By the way, Tim has no problem answering questions, phone calls or even having you visit. He even seems proud to show off their work!)
By the way....this shop is very well organized....all parts that were removed were boxed and in the car. A "chart" was written on the window (in yellow wax pencil) which I think showed the progress. And , while the car was waiting for a trim piece from Mazda, it was in a secure area....no problems.
Pickup was easy...and the car was immaculate, not a spec of dust or dirt....vacuumed, washed. better than factory new.
Now, I'm not wishing to see them soon, but if I need to, it's great to know that they are there and they are good! Well done and thank you!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mike S.Chicago, IL03Jul 13, 2017
Stay far away from this place. Communication is awful. Simple call would of let me know that my van didn't fit in their paint booth. I then wouldn't have lost 3 days of the van not being worked on. Unwilling to work w/ you on the deductible which means they're not there to really look out for you.

Long time reputable collision repair shop. I have used them MANY times over the years, and never been anything but COMPLETELY satisfied. Very professional and courteous staff and management!!!! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I found the staff to be very patient and helpful, even when I was being annoying, and I WAS annoying. They just smiled and said I was not bothering them at all. I brought two cars to them for repair (I have the worst luck...) and am completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.

They have very good customer service as far as the personnel friendliness and keeping us up to date on the progress of the vehicle repair. However we have been very disappointed with the quality of the clean up service. My wife had a deer jump through the driver's side windshield at about 70 miles per hour. The damage to the vehicle was quite severe, and of course smashed the windshield. With the smashed windshield, as you would expect, there were glass shards all over the inside of the vehicle. When we picked up our vehicle the damage had been repaired but there was still glass in the seats, the floor board and the center console. We showed the manager this before we ever left the shop. They brought out the shopvac and cleaned what we showed them. We left the shop and went home to take a closer look. Again we found much more glass shards throughout the vehicle. We returned to the shop the next day to have the vehicle cleaned "again". Fast forward to a month later (this past weekend), we turned on the windshield defroster for the first time since the accident, and we both got covered in glass. The shop failed to clean out the defroster vents when they had the windshield out and they could have easily vacuumed out the vents. Luckily both my wife and I had our sunglasses on so when we got covered in glass at least we didn't get the glass in our eyes. Very very disappointed with their cleaning service.
