Keith Florczyk - State Farm Insurance Agent

I highly recommend Keith's State Farm agency for your insurance needs. I especially want to give kudos to Steven Grimm, the Office Manager, who is always available to answer your questions and is very knowledgeable of the products. Claims are handled promptly and professionally. The online site for review of your insurance and payments works well.

I have been with Keith Florczyk - State Farm for about 30 years and highly recommended him. Keith, Steve, and Kim are a phenomenal team providing excellent guidance on insurance policies and support regarding claims. They are super responsive, knowledgeable, and care about their customers. They always try to find the best options for their customers and they excel at what they do. In my opinion, this is the best State Farm team in Northern Virginia and possibly all of Virginia!

I selected Keith's agency for my car insurance when I moved to Virginia 3 years ago. Mostly because I shopped around and they provided a pretty competitive rate and had an office nearby in case I ever needed to go in and speak with someone. In those 3 years, I have been in two accidents - one where I was at fault and one the other driver was at fault, and bought a new car. Every interaction with Keith and Steven has been excellent and I have always felt taken care of.

Recently I purchased a new home and was shopping around for homeowners insurance. Steven provided me with a quote that was in the middle of all of the other quotes I had gotten. I considered going with a different company but decided that I really had liked the care I had received from Keith's agency for my auto policy so it would probably be worth a little extra to bundle. I'm so glad I did! My lender did not communicate to State Farm that my closing had been delayed until a few days before my new closing date and needed updated documents ASAP. Keith and Steven rushed to get everything sorted and the whole policy change situation fixed so that my closing would not be further delayed because of this communication error.

All this and I've never actually had to go into their office (which is in a very convenient location) because they are great at communicating everything I've needed over the phone. I would highly recommend!

I have been with State Farm since 1975, and specifically with Keith Florczyk since 2002 when my first State Farm agent retired. Both he and Steven Grimm have provided outstanding service for the many policies I hold - auto, home, liability and personal articles. Both are without doubt two of the very best insurance agents with whom I have ever worked. They are not only knowledgeable, competent and professional, but they work to provide the best coverage designed for your needs.

A few months ago, I was in a serious car accident where my Honda Accord
was totaled by a truck driver who ran a red light. I had some questions with the amount authorized for a rental vehicle. Keith explained the claims agent had misinterpreted company policy and he immediately initiated a conference call with that agent, He stayed on the line until the issue was resolved.

I feel lucky to have such caring people who even go the extra mile by sending birthday and holiday cards. If you want to work with folks who explain things carefully and always make you feel good, this is the team you need to work with!

My husband and I have had State Farm for almost 25 years, and I had it prior to getting married. They cover us for automotive, ATV and our home. They have always been there to help us. When I purchased my car a few years back they told me I could get a better interest rate through their bank and came through for us. When we had a leak in our wall at our condo, caused by an upstairs neighbor who refused to take responsibility they were right there helping us through it all.

Anytime I have questions they are quick to reply and never annoyed if I have to call them more than once about the same thing.

If you are looking for a stable company who still answers their phones, has an office to go to and are always ready to help then I suggest this office!

Keith and Steven are top-notch. I had a slew of insurance changes this year, between moving, having a car totaled, buying a new car, and all of the 'extra' involved with the new Covid normal. They have stayed on top of a number of issues for me, keeping me updated, and taking all kinds of stress off of my plate. Can't thank them enough!
