Kate Yoga Studio

I bought a Kate Yoga Groupon because it was close to my house and a great way to try out a new place; I am new in town. I am so happy I did! If you LOVE friendly instructors and a traditionally relaxing yoga practice, you'll love this place too! The owner Kate is SUPER SWEET and knows how to challenge your body. Jebby the restorative/therapeutic instructor has so much positive energy, its addictive. Drop by for a class, you won't regret it!!!

I love Kate yoga! I went to my first ever class today and they were very welcoming and friendly. Beginners are welcomed and appreciated! You can go at your own pace and the instructors are willing to teach you.

I just returned from New York for a trip to see my daughter and while I was there I took a class with Rodney Yee at Yoga Shanti. Looking to duplicate that experience I tried the Therapeutic class with Jennie Melamed. Love it. She used lots of props and plays reflective restorative music that is very calming. She has a nice pace and very good energy.

I'm in the area for a week, on vacation, and need some yoga to unwind and stretch before a half marathon race. Found this perfect place. Team is very welcoming starting on my first day. Was 5 mins late on first day but they quickly set me up. Am very happy.
They offer a first week for $25 - what a steal! Highly recommend Kate's Yoga to locals or vacationers.

I was on vacation and visited this studio twice. It was great. Heated power class, instructors assisted and were pleasant. I loved the class and I was glad I stopped in twice!

Fantastic classes Jebbie gives ! Totally awesome ! Amanda white outstanding instructor . The studio is nice and clean but could go for a shower afterwards when on the run to work . That would make it very very convient. Thank you
