Our experience here was awful. We went to the store today for help with activation on my dads new iphone because we were having issues (it was trying to activate his iphone with the wrong number). The lady working there was rude and belittling. She said she couldn't fix it because we pre ordered the phone from apple and only apple could fix it. She made no attempt to troubleshoot and implied it was our fault this happened (we should have bought from ATT instead of apple).
We went 5 mins down the road to the other ATT store, and the rep there fixed our issue. We didn't have to go to apple at all like the lady said at the first store. Very rude and incompetent.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jason C.The Villages, FL010246Mar 8, 2018
Upgrade daughters phone "Alex" sold us the DirectTVNow Streaming Service. Never upload the app. We went in the next day and a middle age women was there and she stated "i can't help you, you need to talk to Alex". We called the next day an spoke to Alex and ask for help but he was not into help us or to solved the problem. So when we ask to have it cancel he told to call AT&T.

Came in looking for lightning pin adaptor, after a couple of previous stops were out. I wanted the actual apple product, so came to this place as a last resort without having to go to the apple store in Westfarms mall. I was super glad they were stocked, the store had a wide selection of products, like otter box for iphone 5, and for the ipad mini as well. The staff was very helpful, quick to assist me in my quest, and didn't leave me wandering around aimlessly for any period of time. Will definitely come back here again.

I wouldn't even give Att one star. I switched over a year ago due to the poor customer service. Sprint service is not as good but customer service worth the switch. Tried going back to Att but the customer service is not any better now. The manager "Brian Ricci" was very rude. First of all when switching they quoted a lower price then on the bill. Also the switch back of up to $650 per phone is a lie. Not only did I not receive the full credit of what sprint charged me for canceling but no one could tell me where the over $500 credit I should have received went. On the phone over 3 hours and going to the store I got no where. The store manager didn't want to hear what I was saying and just kept saying it was correct. When I got upset I was asked to leave. DONT SWITCH TO ATT CEL PHONE SERVICE. THEY MISLEAD YOU TO GET YOU IN AND THEN NO ONE HELPS YOU. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER TO THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WORTH THE SERVICE,
