This is the second time I've trusted leaving my personal items at Self Storage. The manager Diana is so awesome. I called ahead of time to reserve my unit and it ended up being to small along with the call center getting my phone number incorrectly, so I wasn't able to sign in to do my paper work online because it kept saying my phone number was invalided. Diana was great and showed me the unit I had reserved ahead of time to learn it was too small before the movers showed up. She also waved the admin fee of doing the paper work online because I wasn't able to sign in due to the wrong phone number being put in. She was extremely helpful and very nice! I would for sure recommend this location to someone needing a unit in this area.

I would like to thank Diann she was super helpful I showed up last minute and reserved a unit she assisted me and my boss promptly and we were able to move in she was knowledgeable and friendly and made the process super easy!!

Don't rent here.... I stored my travel trailer here since 2015, paid thousands of dollars in storage fees because they claim a secure facility and surveillance cameras. September of this year, they "claim " a power shortage turned off the recording surveillance cameras and guess who's trailer comes up missing. No video of who stole my trailer, no way to prosecute or sue the thief for my loss. Now I'm being told sorry but file on your own insurance and pay your deductible. Thanks Uncle Bob .
