I recently had my car repaired with R&C and had a great experience. I went to three different auto body shops and requested quotes. I decided to go with R&C, Carl was honest and answered all my questions. My car was ready within the timeframe I was given and was as good as new! I would definitely return if I need any repairs in the future.

I think every average person's worst nightmare is having to deal with car repairs and being at the mercy of companies that sometimes might take advantage. R&C is not that kind of place. Carl helped me with a recent catastrophe and not only was he kind and genuine in his communication with me, he delivered results quickly, professionally and with a smile. I will never trust another body shop with a vehicle again. Thank you Carl and R&C for making at least one thing go right for me this week. It's good to see that even with all the craziness in the world, decent people still do decent things. Thank you.

My repair was simple. I parked in a business parking lot and went in to pick up my order. When I came out I noticed my side view mirror was detached and laying against my passenger door. Never had a hit and run before. I was spastic. Went on line to get an estimate from my insurance company. R&C was an approved vendor and so I brought the car in. I didn't have an appointment and Melissa was making an appointment in two weeks when she asked what the damage was.When I told her she called Carl to come look at the car. There were two other people in the office, filling out paper work. Carl was great. Went out to look at the car, noticed a few scratches on my passenger window and a cut in the rubber grommet around the window that my photo didn't pick up. Also needed some paint touch up. Was in touch with my insurance company and there was a cost adjustment. When I brought the car in to be repaired I was told it would take 2 hours and that's what it took. I'm a crabby little old lady and this was a delightful transaction. I did nothing but smile and laugh thru the entire procedure. Would definitely recommend the shop!!!

I am sorry that I can't give a "No Stars" review so I will give it ONE star. I have waited nine months to write this review which I will explain at the end of this review!***
I am a 72 year old SENIOR CITIZEN and I feel that I was misled and TAKEN ADVANTAGE of by R&C Rebuilders, Inc.
I brought my car in for a repair and had numerous phone conversations with Michele, the secretary at R&C before bringing in the car. There were a few issues, one being that the bed of the trunk of my 2007 Toyota Solara convertible was always wet and another was that my right rear bumper had been damaged in an auto accident. I wanted them to fix the problems and was assured they could do the job.
I also asked them to "detail" the car.
I had called to arrange the repairs in early November since I was leaving to drive to Florida at the end of December and had purchased Auto train tickets. The appointment was made and then rescheduled, by them, until the 2nd week in December which was really cutting it close. I dropped off the car with high hopes!
When I came to pick up the car on December 19th, the day before I was to leave on my trip, I found that the bumper had not been completely repaired, the trunk was still wet and there was dirt and debris in the trunk and inside the car, so I obviously was NOT Detailed. The bill was $1132.23 plus tax!!! I had to go looking for someone to explain what happened as no one seemed to know what had been, or NOT been done.
I asked for the owner and when they finally found him I was told that the leak couldn't be repaired without removing the convertible top, the leak couldn't be fixed as it would be too costly and they said the EXTERIOR had been DETAILED! I never received a single phone call to advise me of ANY of the issues or whether or not I wanted the interior cleaned as I had expected it to be.
I have never heard of a car exterior being detailed without doing the interior. The owner told me that it was what I requested. I asked to see the secretary and to look at her notes. She did look as requested, and NOWHERE in the notes did it confirm the claim of the "Exterior Detailing".
I was in a time crunch as I was leaving the next day and had to meet the Auto train so I couldn't delay. The owner knew this and I suspect that he used this information to not complete the job. He agreed to refund $50 on the detailing and still insisted that "Exterior" detailing was what he thought I wanted. How Absurd!!!
***Interestingly enough I took the car to a Florida Body shop and the people there called me to come in the same day I had dropped it off. When I got there, the technician showed me that the two "weep" holes had never bee removed. He told me that by drilling three holes in the rear of the trunk would assure that the trunk would never accumulate water again. I agreed to have him do it and I have waited all this time to see if the trunk would accumulate water again and IT NEVER has***
By the way, the Florida shop felt so badly about my experience with R&C, they didn't charge me a dime!
DO NOT USE R&C AUTO "REPAIR" SHOP!!!

Carl was amazing! He was attentive, honest, and knowledgeable of how to fix my car. His team did an excellent job; they were efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!

Just had a great experience at R and C. First of all I was given a much better estimate here and I felt more comfortable. Service was quick and they were honest about costs! I highly recommend. You will not feel cheated or ripped off.

I've never written a review before but felt compelled after my positive experience at R&C. They were extremely helpful with the insurance process and the work was completed by the promised date. Most importantly, my daughters car looks good as new. Well done.

They did an amazing job on repairing my Mercedes SUV. It looks beautiful and the staff is very nice. They were very accomodating with drop off and pick up. Amazing work! I highly recommend this shop!!!!!!
