So thankful for John getting my daughter and I to and from the Taylor Swift concert at the Mercedes Benz Stadium. It was comforting to know that he was there waiting on us to get us back to our motel safely. He kept in touch via text advising us he was waiting and where to find him in the chaos. His kindness set my mind at ease knowing we didn't have a problem getting transportation in the madness of thousands of people. Conversation was great so there was no awkwardness at all. We felt cared for and I can't say enough good things about this company. I would definitely recommend using John's service when in the Atlanta area. So happy we did.

John is very personable, considerate, and professional. He values excellent customer service and it shows in his communications, thoroughness, reliability, and demeanor. We took his car service for a 1.5 to 2-hour round-trip, and both ways it was a comfortable and stress free experience, which is saying a lot during rush hour traffic. Definitely recommend!

Hands down, John provides the best car service service in Atlanta. And he's just an all around nice guy! John gets to know his clients' likes and dislikes to ensure the little details are taken care of. For example, when I land back home after a business trip, he knows my iPhone battery is usually getting low and puts the car charger in the back seat. He also stocks his cooler with his clients' preferred beverages.

It's also very easy to make a reservation - online, via email, over the phone or a simple text message, and with online reservations billing is simple and a receipt is delivered to your inbox.

John Kangwa delivers exceptional service. I used K-One for airport pick-up and shuttle service to my hotel. The ride was very nice and comfortable. John makes sure you feel that way, he asks about your favorite music and sets up his XM to fit your choice.

I chose John based on his great YELP reviews for a ride from ATL to Dunwoody a few days before Thanksgiving. I wasn't disappointed. He is professional, sincere, personable and although my pickup time was close to midnight, we had a great conversation from the airport to my final destination.

I will definitely contact John again the next time I fly in ATL!

One of the best experiences I've ever had with any kind of service provider. John is a consumate professional, absolutely dedicated to his customers' comfort and satisfaction. He's also an extremely nice guy and fun to talk with. I found him on Yelp and read the other reviews before booking with him, and as a natural skeptic I thought they were a bit over the top. But after riding with him, I understand why people are so effusive in their praise.

I used this company back August 2013, but must of forgot to post a review!!! It was for my bestfriend's birthday... We had a great time and the driver was very professional and courteous!!!

I called this company for a quote for get-away transportation for my wedding. I originally didn't get anyone to answer the phone. Then I received a call back for the missed call. The gentleman did a poor job identifying himself on the phone as being from this company. Once he did so I gave him the details of my wedding transportation need and he quoted me an amount. It was a great deal so I asked him what I needed to do to book. He told me to go online and fill out a request for quote. I did so the next day. The quote I received back was over 2x higher than the one I received over the phone. When I called to figure out what had happened I was treated rudely and told that they had no intention of even trying to figure out what had happened and didn't want my business.

Just requested a quote for wedding party transportation. They're 4 times more than anyone else. No service is worth that.
