Twice I have placed to-go orders and both time the order was incorrect and the items that I did receive were cooked horribly and that is not the bad part. When I called the restaurant to inform them the orders were wrong the woman argued that she knew what I ordered and it was cooked fine and that she didn't charge me for the salad I didn't receive. Funny thing is, is that it was included with the dinner. So in all actuality I was charged for items I didn't receive. Not once did they offer to replace or refund my order. I am a believer to give a restaurant a second chance. In this case I should have went against my " beliefs " and not returned......
