Justice

this review is coming from my boyfriends 10 year old sister ....

justice is owned by limited too so its just like limited too with clothes and accessories. i dont always like going to the mall and justice is closer to my house. its also cheaper than limited too!

I know from talking with friends and neighbors that many of us have had a negative experience with an assistant manager at the Justice store in Dulles Town Center. Chrissy is her name and she has very very long red nails. I'm sure you all know who she is! I tried to get a price adjustment on 3 bathing suits I had purchased for my daughter. The original price was just shy of $100. I had left my 40% off coupon at home. Went back 3 days later, with bathing suits, receipt, tags still on, and coupon and was REFUSED WITH ATTITUDE a price adjustment. Was told it "is company policy" to not give them. I said OK, that I'd just return the suits and repurchase them with coupon. Chrissy told me, again with an attitude, that she could not sell them back to me and I'd have to get them off the floor displays. They only had one of the 3 in my daughters size, so I went back to the register and asked her to return them all, and I'd repurchase the 1 they did have, and that I'd stop at another Justice to get the other 2. I then took a picture of the 2 they did not have, so I would remember the patterns, as they have so many. Chrissy then proceeded to tell me, not ask nicely, that I could not take pictures of the suits. Gee, they have them on line and in catalogues....I didn't see it as a problem, but boy did she, not sure why. She told me, again, did not ask nicely, to delete the pictures, with a very nasty attitude. Her fellow employee, from the Fair Oaks Store, chimed in about it being store policy not to do price adjustments. I commented that they are one of the only stores, in the mall, not to do it. I'm sorry, but where has the pleasant customer service gone. We should not be made to feel bad for returning something to this store, or anywhere. A neighbor has been told by Chrissy that she is not allowed back into the store because she tried to return a dress, with the tags still on. Another neighbor tried to return some things after Easter and Chrissy gave her a hard time as well.

I have since discussed this matter with Chrissy's district manager. I discovered it IS NOT company policy to refuse a price adjustment. They are supposed to do them, and if you forget your coupon, just tell them and they are supposed to give you the 40% off!

Please do not give this store your business. Go to the store by Wegman's, in Dulles, they are so much nicer! Yes, they have less inventory, but it's a pleasant experience.
