He didn't call back until the next day and he said he was too busy to help me until next week but we needed the boat this weekend. So he walked me through a few things and found the problem my other boat mechanic missed in 3 trips to my place.
Better yet, he didn't even charge me for the phone call!!!
I am quite impressed with Richie's knowledge. He knew my boat very well even though it is not very common manufacturer here out west. I will be using him again in the future.

POS!! Too much **** to list. RIPS YOU OFF!!!! Takes your "bad gas" that you just filled your boat with, replaces your expensive "Old parts" with cheap used ones if at all. Will tell you your getting a deal and he'll even throw in some extra with no chrg. "BS!!" I've known him for 10yrs supposed to b a "friend" and ripped me off for minimum of 5000.$ and then some. "Now you see him now you don't!' after stealing from you, you won't hear nor see from him again my advice to anybody out there is to find a different mechanic!!!!!!

Stay away. Flighty mechanic. Will take your good parts and replace them with used bad parts. He might throw in a free part here and there. He tells you're getting a deal , but are YOU NO! TO MUCH TO LIST STAY AWAY

Allen S.Marlborough, MA0191Oct 27, 2022Richie took $800 from me to order parts and to have a heat exchanger repaired. Two months later we agreed to meet at the boat to finish up. I drove 180 miles but he never showed and would not answer texts, phone calls or emails. I had to pay for the heat exchanger repair again, drive over, again, to pick up the heat exchanger up from the radiator shop and never saw the money, the parts "ordered" or Richie again. Unlike auto mechanics there is no administrative agency watching over marine mechanics. We can only rely on reviews and Ill let you decide whether you want to deal with this guy.

Richie was very informative in trouble shooting my outboard motor problem over the phone. Responses were immediate via text messages. And he would not charge me for this.

He's a flake... acts all smart at first and then he'll just ghost you. Doesn't answer doesn't text back. Complete looser.

I have a Sanger DXII and It was quite noticeable that he really appreciated the vintage of the boat and the good care I give it. I will definitely be using him again for future maintenance

Woke up this morning pulled my boat out went to start it up, fired up fine notice no water was exiting the pee hole did some searching on yelp, found just-in- time Mobile marine. Told them I think My water pump went out on my 50hp Mercury outboard, They walked me Thur some simply steps. AND BOOM!! Fixed my problem!!! You Guys are awesome!! Just-In-Time Marine!! Great customer service!!
