Just Eat This!

Wow!! Y'all for 11.50 I got a double burger with HAND CUT fries, yes I'm boujie, when it comes to potato's and these fries are legit! Not over salted, but just right! I never normally order a double burger but now that I have a food loving babe, I have to share and I normally don't! Lol! My son got some of a patty, bread, and yummy fries, I even let him have ketchup for the first time! I ordered the BBQ burger and my husband got the Jalapeño one! Both delish! Would totally order again!!!
Also, I'm almost 100 percent sure it's just the entire fam in on this truck, how cool! Support y'all! Eat food and feel good all over!

We absolutely loved the food/ service provided at our wedding in September!! Chris and his crew also catered our rehearsal dinner and all our family and friends very impressed with how great it was. Our families are big eaters so we had to make sure the food was top notch and they definitely delivered! Thank you again!!!

Frank and I are grateful to have had Chef Chris cater our wedding reception in September of 2018. Since we live in Virginia and were unable to fly down to Charleston for tastings, we reached out to Chef Chris based on his online reviews. Thank goodness for the reviews! They were on point. Chef Chris was extremely professional and his food was amazing. Not only did Chef Chris provide the catering, but he also was the point person for my table, chairs, and linen rental and the bar service. Having Chef Chris as the point person was a life saver, giving me a single point of contact for multiple moving parts!

Our wedding reception was held at out of town and very casual yacht club. It was a bit of a schlep from Charleston (about a 40 minute drive) and didn't have a freezer. Chef Chris brought *everything* he needed, including an ingenious way to keep ice cream without a freezer on site (not sure how he did it, but I assume I would have been impressed). His staff was terrific and multiple guests said the bar service staff was also wonderful.

The food was perfect! We had the low-country boil and it was AMAZING! The shrimp were HUGE and the corn was crisp, potatoes were perfect, and the sausage was bursting. We also had pulled pork on soft buns, as well as salad and green beans. No wedding cake - we went with apple cobbler. All my guests commented on the food, during and after the wedding reception. Serving large groups is always a challenge, but Chef Chris made it seamless and so flavorful!

Just Eat This! was located at our neighborhood pool for our weekly Food Truck Thursdays. I checked out the menu beforehand, and my husband decided to order because the menu items sounded delicious. They also had great reviews on Yelp, so we thought why not?

It was super easy to order as well. Street Food Finder is an awesome tool to order from any food truck on certain times/days depending on location. We ordered a few minutes before 6 since we were really hungry (hours tonight were 6-8 pm). The website kept me updated on when the food would be ready - I received a text as soon as the food was ready.

I had a Jalapeños Bacon Burger with tator tots, my husband had the Ultimate Buffalo Chicken with
Fried Pickles. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious! We were very happy with our order, and hope that they come back soon.

Unfortunately, we were so hungry that I didn't get a picture of the food!

I coordinated with Chef Chris of Just Eat This! to provide a private chef service for a bachelorette party I planned in Charleston in July 2017. He was very responsive throughout the planning process and was very fairly priced - much less than what we would have spent going out for a similar quality dinner in Charleston! There were twelve girls (including one vegetarian) and Chef Chris did a wonderful job of preparing, plating and cleaning up the three different (and delicious) courses which included the following:

Appetizers:
Fried Chicken & Waffles
Pimento cheese dip

Entree:
Sliced beef tenderloin
Brussels sprouts
Mashed potatoes
Roasted vegetables for the one vegetarian

Dessert:
Southern peach cobbler with ice cream

Chef Chris was faced with cooking in a very small kitchen in the house we had rented and the air conditioning went out right before he arrived. Despite these challenges he was extremely gracious and it was a seamlessly executed meal. I would highly recommend Chef Chris for any dinner event needs in the Charleston area.

Can not emphasize enough how much we recommend hiring Chris and Just Eat This!! We hosted an event of 50 guests, and Chris worked with us to make every detail perfect and easy. He made cucumber topped w/ salmon mousse, coconut shrimp w/ thai chili sauce, chicken & waffle bites, fried green tomatoes, beef tenderloin sliders and honestly the biggest and most gorgeous cheese and charcuterie board I have ever seen. We had more than enough food, got lots of compliments and Chris even provided all the servingware and disposables. Definitely hire them for your event!!!

Just Eat This! Food Truck visited our office today and unfortunately I didn't bring my lunch today. The menu for J.E.T. looked really good and I was craving some spice in my life so I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich with fries; I wish I had gotten the fried pickles as my side, they looked delicious. The sandwich was really good and feeling, I just wished that it packed more heat on the Buffalo side of things. Fries were good, and they had vinegar for them.

This food truck is awesome! I've had multiple menu items and they were all tasty. However, I highly recommend the Beef Rib Poutine and the Chicken & Waffles. Both are fantastic, especially the former!

If you see this truck, make sure you pick something up!

I had Just Eat This! at the Nexton Piccolo Spoleto event, and it was amazing. I ordered the Jet Double Burger, with fries, and it was cooked to perfection. The caramelized onions were spot on. Be warned - it is a lot of food. You'll walk away with a very full belly, but it's so worth it. If you like food trucks and crave a good burger, I don't think you can beat the Jet double burger.

Chris did an awesome job catering our bachelorette brunch on Folly Beach! The food was delicious and he made the experience so simple. He was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process. His very fair pricing made for a special party morning, even on a budget!
