Not the place for lashes, most of mine fell out two days later. Didn't get a portfolio or any ideas of what she was going to do just hybrid/volume $100
Save yourself the expense and splurge on your lashes or you'll spend literally twice that getting them done again somewhere else.

I just want to say that this is the best place to get your nails done in the entire Bay Area.

Crystal is attentive and super caring. My nails always look like they are perfect, the shape and the color always are 100%.

I have been coming here for years now and the place is literally home. She only does gel nails!

Mandy did a great job with my lash extensions. Perfect natural look. She was very gentle and worked diligently.

Crystal is very talented and price is very reasonable. Loved the first time I did my gel manicure with her. This might be my go to in the area!

Found this spot on yelp since I needed to get my SNS polish off... I don't normally get my nails done outside of weddings or big events, but got the removal plus a regular mani. I liked that everything was bookable and payable online so it was super easy to get scheduled! Crystal did an amazing job! I oftentimes get antsy with the dremel / have had a couple bad experiences with getting nails removed, but it was painless and my nails still came out pretty long and strong! She was easy to talk to, and the mani was great. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I don't recommend this place at all. On 10/25, I booked an appointment with Mandy for Sunday 11/7 at 11:45AM and in the information, I've already included that I wanted a design similar to one of her previous designs. I arrived early at around 11:35AM and she was still currently with another client, which was fine since I was early.

I sat there waiting until 12:30PM and then decided to leave because first, I was patient enough to wait almost an hour and on top of that, when I asked Mandy if she had water, she said yes, but the water dispenser was broken. Then instead of Mandy apologizing to me for the long wait, her client was the one apologizing to me for taking up my time frame. By 12:30, I was thirsty and hungry so I've had it because it didn't appear that she was going to be done any time soon. Note again that my scheduled appt was for 11:45AM. When I got up to tell her that she can just cancel my appointment, it was then she said sorry to me and tried to make me wait another 5mins saying that she was almost done. I didn't wait and just left. Unacceptable. Note to others, bring your own water and prepare to wait an hour after your scheduled appt because they will not honor it.

This was my first time coming here and I will never be coming back nor recommend this place to any my friends.

I love this place. I've been coming here for years. It's very small, I'm usually the only one when I go for a service and it is so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. No feeling like you're in an assembly line, no rush, no pressure to add services (no upselling). Prices are clear, and very reasonable (especially for the quality of the service and the uncrowded, quiet environment, compared to other nail salons). Crystal is wonderful--skilled, attentive, engaging and she always does a great job. I've been to many different salons over the years. This is my favorite, by far.

I was late but called ahead and Crystal said she could still see me. I promise to be timely next time because you are fabulous. I love my nails. I love her recommendations. I can't wait to explore more creative ideas in the future. Thanks again for seeing me despite being tardy!

This review is long overdue. I have been receiving gel manicures from Crystal for the past few years. She is very meticulous and talented. She takes great pride in her designs and is fantastic at offering her artistic perspective. She keeps everything sanitized and organized, which is a major plus! I highly recommend Crystal.
