I am seriously impressed with these guys!!! I think used car salesmen get a bad rep. I went in there, testdrove a car, put in an offer, then they gave me their bottom price... which by the way was a tad under bluebook for the car I wanted... we decided to buy this super sweet 2006 Baja! Super clean, super awesome!
Long story short... everybody I talked to at that dealership was real honest and super nice! I bought the car, after some hassle with the bank loans...
anyways, I went back to the dealership the day after I bought my used car.. they put the canopy on it; no charge... then my car , a manual, wouldn't go into gear?!!!
I seriously thought they sold me a lemon! Then, the manager, Sean, he reassures me that they can keep it safe overnight, then get a quote from the mechanic shop.. I was upset about my car not running nice, so I left it there and had somebody pick me up in parkland...
They very next day, these guys literally payed for my car to get fixed; they don't have to do shit after you leave the lot! They put it in a shop, got my car fixed and gave it back within 24 hours! No extra charge!!! These guys are the people you want to do business with! I'm still in awe about how awesome these guys are

Mr Allen is a magician !! I'm a first time buyer and a nervous wreck... I don't have any direct deposit I just had some down payment / a 600 credit score / my 3 recent pay stubs and just one bank statement showing my proof of address and this dude got me a freaking 2016 ford hybrid blue beauty ... he got me that beauty within 2 hours quick no pressure and GOOD ENERGY AND VIBES ... this car came with gap and warranty ... thank you so much MR ALLEN !!!I'll be sure to recommend you to everyone

Sorry this is so late! Purchased my Mazda in December of 2019. Sean and his staff are great. Almost a year after my purchase. Love my ride and would highly recommend.

Went to trade my car for a new one and was given an updated car fax that shows my car was in an accident. The accident was right before I got the car from JRS so they had to know the true history but rushed to give me a clean report before it was reported to car fax. Buyer beware!

The team at JRS Auto Sales was amazing. Each one made it clear I mattered. I was well taken care of by each team member I was in contact with before, during, and after the hours of being in their office. My 9yr old daughter felt so comfortable during our time there she was able to contain herself. Every step of the process was effortless and easy. I was able to find the exact car i was looking for. Austin and Sean was straight to point with me. they understood my credit needs and was able to find a bank to work with me. it was fast and smooth. I didn't have to loose my whole day at the dealership. The car have a small issue. it is used, but sean is genuine concern about the issue. He assured me that if i was not able to fix it or get it done at a reasonable price that I should call him and he will help. You don't find that many people who care about the customer after the deal done at a used dealership.

I came in last month (January)to test drive a car that I had read reviews on and heard was a great vehicle, and I was not disappointed! I ended up buy the vehicle (2006 Scion xA) and it's safe to say, I love it! Sheldon and JP are awesome guys and would not let me drive off the lot without making sure everything was great. My only issue was that the day after I took it home, the check engine light came on. We called and made an appointment to bring it in, I am now sitting in a restaurant waiting for my car to be fixed for free! Love that the people stick behind their service and went to actually help you with the things that you need. Thank you JRS for being such a fantastic dealership and making it easy and fun to buy my first car!1! (Well, first car from a dealership, ha!)

Good price and great guys to work with. Came in to trade in my car and gave me a decent price for it. Also the car I purchased was the best value around considering the year and the mileage for it. Happy buyer!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! I bought a car in September, within the first week the check engine light comes on, Still dealing with car problems, I've spent 3k trying to get this car fixed, after replacing all the cooling system, I find out its the head gasket which will cost me another $1500, money I do not have to spend, I even asked before purchasing if the head gasket was OK and they brushed me off. They do nothing to help and they don't care,They sent me to their mechanic to get the catalytic converter fixed and they brushed me off like I didn't know what I was talking about, 30 minutes after my car overheats, and I start having even more problems, I've spent more than half what the car was worth in the first place. These people are unprofessional and they will rip you off, I wish I could go back in time and avoid shopping there, I've dealt with so much stress and nothing is being done about it. Take your money to a reputable dealership and avoid these scum bags who are just trying to make a quick buck, you will be stuck with a lemon car, EXTREMELY UPSET. I'm still waiting on getting my license plates and final copies of paper work I was supposed to have last month, they don't respond to my messages. I don't even have a running car now. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Save yourself the time and the stress.

Seriously..the nightmare continues. I sold/traded my car to JRS AUTO Sales in April...obviously they still have the car registration in my name, i got a bill for a ticket that I was supposedly driving across the narrows on Sept 16...not me good grief can they be a more horrible business ..now I have to mail my sales proof to this collection agency....JRS AUTO Sales is so unprofessional. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.
