Called on a Thursday and they were here Monday morning. I did not have an emergency situation. Gentlemen showed up on time, was super friendly, serviced my unit and was exceptionally knowledgeable.

I called them when my house AC was down and I was told they could be here around 9:30 the next morning. The repairmen arrived about 09:45 and after checking my AC called in for a repair charge for the work. We agreed to go ahead with the repair and it works better than ever. They didn't try to sell me a new one even though mine is a 1994 Trane. I asked and got a Veteran discount which helped a lot. I will certainly call them in the future for repairs or a new machine.

We had our ac go out on a Sunday and Randy was the only person from calling 20 companies that could help us. He showed up within 30 min and it was fixed right away!! Very professional and friendly. Thank you for saving us Comfort Zone!! Customer for life now!!
