Johnny's Burgers

I went here in the afternoon on a Tuesday. It was pretty busy but the food came out really fast. There is a lot of seating indoors, the bar, and many tables on the patio. Service was super friendly.

The location is very convenient, across from the movie theater and next to vons. Parking is a bit tricky though.

Everything was very clean but it had a very homey classic burger joint vibe. The food was also old school burger joint style (which I love).

I ordered the riverside burger combo which came with a good portion of fries and a large drink. The burger had pastrami and bacon (i think?), in addition to jalapeños. For 12.99$ I think it's definitely a good value compared to a 14$ Big Mac meal at McDonald's.

I will definitely be back!

If I could use zero stars I would. My wife and I went to Johnny's Burgers at the Riverside Plaza location it was the worst meal we have every had.

My wife ordered a pastrami burger, which she has ordered many, many times at this location after receiving our order we checked our order and there was no pastrami burger but a pastrami sandwich. I sent the order back and waited a half hour for our pastrami burger.

So, we will never be return to Johnny's burger at the Riverside Plaza again!

We would be better off driving to Murrietta to go to The Hat for a amazing pastrami burger and pastrami fries.

Went here tonight and the food was absolutely disgusting. The bacon avocado cheeseburger and fry meal I received was 0/10. The avocado burger had the avocado stem still in the slice. The fries were ice cold to the touch. The bacon in the cheeseburger was pretty much raw. And to top it off they might need to replace their soda machine, the cola was very flat.
Customer service is not great at all. Called in the order and they did not say there was spread on burger when I brought it back manager made a huge deal over his wrong doing. Refused to remake my fries and put the same cold ones back with my new burger. Orders are sitting on the serving table waiting with no cover or warmer. It seems they just try to kick everything out as fast as they could without even quality checking. I will not return here.

Great menu, affordable, and delicious food! My family loves this local burger spot. It's not eazy being in the same center as Jack in the Box, Islands, and Wendys. Gotta hold your weight.

Today my family and I had dinner at Johnny's at the plaza and the server Everett made us feel welcome and help us with courteous and friendly Service. We had mention that we would like to have some yellow chilis with our hamburgers and when I forgot to ask for them (no one fault) he stop what he was doing and came over and asked me if I received them which I said no and he gave them to me right away!! We have eaten there plenty of times and it has been a great but today was outstanding thanks to I Everett!! Great job Everett can't wait to come back again and eat at Johnny!!!

Do not confuse this location with the one historically known in Riverside off of Madison and Indiana.

They serve hamburgers, chicken strips and hot dogs and the like. The chili cheese fries are really good. However, be warned that the Chicago dog has nothing to do with the true chicago-style dog. It doesn't have the Chicago style hot dog or the neon pickled relish from the Chicago Pickling company.

Seating is tight inside but there is a little bar section to sit at, and outdoor seating as well. It's located across from the theater and there's easy access from either parking on the east or west side of the plaza.

I thought the burgers were good, the price was fair, but the service was excellent!! Which made everything twice as good. Shout out to Ms.Serena who took my phone order and was very patient and helpful in ordering food for me and my family. I can't wait to come inn in person to meet and greet her.(and get another chicken burger) World needs more people like her. Give her a raise please

Burgers are gross. Customer service is terrible. Will not return. They need to fix their soda machine as it js flat.

My family has been coming here 3-4 times/month since they've been open. The food has always been great, especially the fries--both the regular and the sweet potato. My 3 stars do not reflect the quality of the food or the service, only their decision to stop carrying the veggie burger. Our kids are grown, so it's just my husband and me, and we don't eat meat anymore, but we still enjoyed our Saturday veggie burger lunch, because it tasted so much like the real thing we didn't even miss the meat. Now it's gone, and since it's silly to just go there to get the fries, Johnny's is just not an option for us anymore. Sad and disappointing.

My husband brought me here I was very new to the area and he has been coming since he was a kid and wow the burgers are delicious! The zucchini's fries are my fav and the ranch is soooo good there regular fries are also amazing!!! The service is fast and the people working are nice I've never had a bad experience with the service! The ambiance I feel like it's a grab and go you can eat there it's just really small every time we are in town or passing by we always stop at Johnnys burgers!!!
