JL Elite Travel was beyond a pleasure to work with, and, are exceptionally efficient, effective and knowledgeable in many aspects of travel. Service is excellent. Jasmine was extremely patient with my questions and helped us get the best bookings at the best price. Between making sure our ride transportation was arranged, to re-scheduling dinner reservations, she made it happen without any hiccups or issues. Truly goes the extra mile and it did not go unnoticed! Our honeymoon was absolutely amazing with her help. Whether it's international travel or a girls/family vacation I will be contacting JL Elite Travel in the near future and so on. Again, thank you for handling our travel needs!!

I called on a Monday around 11am twice and it went straight to VM both times. Shortly after, I received a text message stating they were sorry they missed my call. No one called me all day Monday. Called again on Tuesday after 2pm and got the same results. They obviously are too busy!

I never knew traveling it could be so hassle free! JL elite travel booked my hotel and airfare for the most affordable bundle and worked around my timings. I needed to be in NY for 48 hours and stay at a central location for my work meetings and they booked me
At the Hudson which is close by Central Park and the all the major subway lines. I don't want to travel any other way , can't wait to book my next trip to ATL with JL elite travel.

Where do I begin?? Janice and her group are simply phenomenal!!!! They did a great job helping us plan our girls trip to Greece this year! Talk abut dedication and taking on full ownership.....Janice and her team plan everything down to T as if it was their own vacation. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. I found Janice via Yelp and sent her an email. She responded right away with all the necessary information / quotes. My friends and I decided we would proceed with her assistance. From then on it didn't matter what time it was Janice was available for all our questions....no really it didn't lol. One night she stayed up till 1/2am booking all of our stuff - talk about dedication. The best part? Once we got to Greece everything she booked for us was done correctly and was so effortless......no mistakes made or etc which makes vacation even sweeter:) Janice you are amazing and can't wait to plan our next adventure with you....On behalf of myself and every woman that I know, you make me proud to spell my name W-O-M-A-N. As most people know planning a trip can be time consuming & stressful, especially when planning for a group. I was in charge of planning my best friends bachelorette party for a group of seven. I contacted a friend of mine to see if she knew any travel agents that could help and she gave me Janice's contact information, whom she highly recommended. I'm SO glad she did. Janice was so helpful right off the bat, she made the planning enjoyable & easy! I had picked our resort in Mexico and Janice took over from there. She booked our flights, hotel, and airport transportation. Again, planning for a group can get a bit hectic at times (changing reservations, cancellations, last minute ad ons etc.) but whatever I needed Janice was always there. I planned the trip for about four months and in that period I contacted Janice many, many times. She always got back to me right away and was always so friendly! I can't say enough how AWESOME she was! I will definitely be using her again and recommending her! Thank you so much for everything, we had a blast!!
